The College of New Caledonia is in Prince George, British Columbia. It serves the residents of the Central Interior of British Columbia. CNC has six campuses at different places like Prince George, Burns Lake, Fort St. James, Mackenzie, Quesnel and Vanderhoof. The college offers certificates, diplomas, post diplomas, or degree transfer programs in 80 programs in disciplines like health sciences, trades and technologies, social services, business & management, and university studies.

Campus Life

The College of New Caledonia has a minimal student-teacher ratio as there are students not over 37 students, as mandated by their faculty agreement. The college has an approximate annual enrollment of 5,000 students in all its faculties and disciplines. The college has many affiliations with multiple universities like the University of British Columbia, Simon Fraser University, University of Victoria, Thompson Rivers University, University of Northern British Columbia, and Royal Roads University. The students at Caledonia College are eligible to transfer credits to the mentioned universities toward a four-year degree. The College of New Caledonia and the Emily Carr University of Art and Design have created a Fine Arts program in partnership. Students can take introductory first-year courses at the Caledonia College campus in Prince George, then transfer to the Emily Carr campus in Vancouver for the final three years. Several Facilities offered by the college include Health and Wellness Centre, Gymnasium and Fitness Centre, Centre for Student Success, Kodiaks Restaurant, Cafeteria, and a Book Store.
