One of Ontario’s largest colleges, Fanshawe College has four campuses in Southwestern Ontario. It offers 200+ degree, diploma, certificate and apprenticeship programs to nearly half a million students through 15 academic schools. The college prioritizes co-operative education and field placements integrating academic learning with market experience. The Centre for Research and Innovation enables students to further work on solving industry and business. The institute is a partner of Canadian Bureau of International Education hence providing study abroad opportunities with universities across 16 different countries in Asia, Europe and South America.

Campus Life

The main campus is a 100-acre property with 23 buildings and exquisite landscape, which is just 15 minutes away from downtown, in the city famously known as ‘forest city’, London, Ontario. Fanshawe is home to one of the largest recreational programs with 4500 students actively participating in intramural, extramural, open recreation and athletics each year. The St. Thomas/Elgin Regional Campus offers programs from health and human services to state-of-art technical programs amidst close-knitting, friendly environment. The newest campus opened in fall 2019 is located at Wellington Road, London. Dozens of cafeterias and restaurants, modern sports facilities, fitness centre, bookstore, computer store are available at most of the Fanshawe campuses.

Fanshawe has a global alumni connection of 184,000 proud graduates. Les Stroud is a filmmaker, writer, musician, producer, director and best known for hosting TV series Survivorman; Kate Young and Lori Baldwin-sands are Canadian politicians; a radio DJ Mark Kriski are some famous Fanshawe graduates.
