M: hi good morning my name is Peter. How can I help you? 

G: hi my name is Lisa I've come to know the two higher up rooms as paying
guests to overseas students. 

M:  Yes we do, we have various sized accommodations. What's you looking for? 

G:  I'm looking for a room which is neither too big nor too small and we need a room that can accommodate two people with a small balcony and a guide. Along with this it should be near to the college campus. 

M: Well, we have two rooms to adjust two to three people comfortably with attached washrooms and a small balcony on the first floor. A small garden is attached to the room on the ground floor.  

G: Mmm it seems as if it might be suitable. It is very clean and well-maintained. I tried various places either they're far from my college or their maintenance is not so good, okay now what is the rent.  

M: It's three hundred dollars per week or a thousand dollars per month whatever you like. We do with the legal formalities first to avoid any consequences later. 

G: Mmm,  it's a little expensive. Can it be two hundred and fifty dollars per week? We would like to pay weekly. It will be convenient for me and my friend.  

M: Okay can you tell me when you're thinking of renting it from? Would you like to hire it from this week or next week whatever you decide you have to pay security of five hundred dollars to Brooke.  

G: It's okay, that's fine. I can pay it now and we'll rent it from this Monday.  

M: Okay we don't allow smoking in the premises, we only allow playing soft music at low volume. 

G: That's okay. I think what I and my friends need is all here. I'm happy to go ahead.

M: Okay so that's B Block Fine Arts Department.

G: yes that's right.  

M: And contact number.

G: My landline is five five three two nine seven with the code but I'll give you my mobile number which is zero nine nine nine eight eight eight one seven nine zero.  

M: okay zero nine nine nine eight eight eight one seven nine zero.  

G: Anything else.  

M: I need the same information for your roommate Also.

G:  Okay her ID number is 95 96 96 97 zero and she is from Lourdes apartment A block her contact number is zero eight eight nine nine seven zero two five nine zero.  

M: One last thing your home country.  

G: Oh I belong to Korea and cheese from France. 

M: Oh that's great my father belonged to Korea I answer living in France oh one last thing I forgot to write your names. 

G: My name is Lisa Lincoln and she is Suzzanne John.

G: That’s right. Anything else.  

M: No nothing here is your receipt of the cash that you've deposited as a security.  

G: Thank you meet you on Sunday evening, the day we're planning to shift.  

M: You are most welcome.
