PTE Exam Fee - Rescheduling and Cancellation Charges

PTE Rescheduling Fee 

You can reschedule your PTE test without any charges if there are at least 14 full calendar days remaining before your test date. However, if you are opting to reschedule your test between 8 and 13 full calendar days prior to the original test date, you will be required to pay 50% of the original test fee. If you reschedule your test 7 full calendar days or less before your original test date, you will need to pay the full test fee again, and there will be no refund provided.

PTE Cancellation Fee

You can cancel your PTE test with a full refund by placing the cancellation request at least 14 full calendar days before the test date. If you cancel the test within 13 and 8 full calendar days before the test, you will get a 50% refund. You will not get any percentage of refunds if you cancel the test 7 full calendar days or less before your scheduled test date. 

PTE Score Review - Charges

You can request to review the PTE score through PTE official website if you are not satisfied with your score. You need to pay USD 50 as a fee for the score review service. If the reviewed score indicates that the original PTE score was accurate, then you will be informed and your test fee will not be refunded. If the score review proves your claim was correct, then you will receive a credit voucher which can be used for booking another test or you will get the full refund. 

PTE Late Registration Fee

PTE Rescoring Fee

If you are unhappy with your PTE score, you can request rescoring. Your spoken responses and open-ended written responses will be rescored. In rescoring, if any score change occurs, either in overall or communicative PTE scores, your rescoring fee will be refunded. If the score changes, you will get a PTE score report with a replacement of the new score with the previous score. You can contact the Customer Support Team within 14 calendar days after you receive your score. The Customer Support Team will let you know about the rescoring fee.
