 Write a letter to the manager of your insurance company?

Dear Sir/madam, 

I am writing to inform you that I recently lost a mobile phone while on holiday in Shimla. This item is insured. It's a OnePlus 9RT and it cost me around 45,000 rupees. Since my phone is insured by your company, I would like to claim my insurance money back. 

It happened while I was on vacation in Shimla from May 23, 2021, to May 31, 2021. On May 29th I lost my mobile in a shopping mall. Since it was so much of a crowd, I couldn't search my mobile, despite looking for more than an hour. Then, I immediately registered an FIR at the nearest police station, the FIR registration number is CH-45698465. 

Since I have cell phone insurance, I want to claim a premium for my lost cell phone. According to the insurance policy, I am responsible for claiming 40,000 compensation for the lost item.  I’m attaching this letter to locate a copy of the lost phone's invoice and FIR. I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Dear Sir/madam, 

I am writing to let you know that I  lost my Canon professional camera while traveling to Vaishno Devi and would like to claim the insurance for the lost item. I recently used one of your insurance services, and my insurance number is 78451659. 

I was at Katra with my family from March 2nd to 6th and took photos. Luckily I transferred all photos to my cloud storage. As I remember, we took the last photo at the hotel entrance and made our way to the train station. I wanted to capture the beautiful view of Katra station at the end of the trip, so I looked for my camera but unfortunately couldn't find it. I called the hotel staff to find out where we took the last photo, but they confirmed they couldn't find it in our room or anywhere else in the hotel. 

I am entitled to lost property coverage under travel insurance. It is a Canon B08H74FNW5 camera model, hard to find due to high demand. I would like to confirm the original price of the camera as it is a fairly new camera worth over 4 lakh, which is too much money for the mid-range. I would be very grateful if you could transfer money to my account.

Dear Sir/madam, 

I am writing to make a claim on my travel insurance policy no: 75485164. I lost my Fastrack Watch during my recent trip to Mumbai. My name is Het Nileshbhai Shah, and I bought this insurance policy last year as I travel to many places because I am a travel vlogger. For your information, the policy covers the cost of any item that has been lost during the journey.

I arrived in Mumbai on November 4 and checked into the hotel. In the evening I went to a gym in the hotel. Before entering the gym, I removed the watch and placed it on the side table, but when I came out of the gym an hour later, I found the watch was missing. I immediately alerted the hotel staff, but they could not find my watch. Consequently, I told the hotel manager to see the CCTV. There we caught the thief, but I couldn't get my watch back.
