Introduction

People all over the world share a common desire: to someday own a huge, well-appointed primary residence. As I do not want to face any difficulties in the comfort of my own home, I would like to acquire a pretty sizable, elevated home.

What it is like? & Why you would like to live in this house/apartment?

I have a dream that one day I will own an apartment in a high-rise building, that it will be exquisitely designed, and have every facility and amenity that I have ever imagined having in my very own home, ever since I was a child. All of the residents of the building will have access to the advanced security system, play area, swimming pool, and fitness centre that will be included in my new home. 

All the conveniences of home and more can be found in the contemporary apartment. In addition to the sense of community that comes with living in such an apartment, the excellent educational and recreational amenities are a major selling point.

Where it would be?

According to common belief, Vadodara has the easiest and most comfortable way of life among all of India's major urban centres. The number of open positions in today's growing economy is effectively limitless.

How do you feel about this house/apartment?

I've wanted to have a big house of my own ever since I was a kid. My ideal home would have plenty of room, be peaceful, and include all of the latest amenities. When I finally get the money together to buy a house like that, I plan to make myself at home there until I have achieved my every wish.

It will be like waking up from a dream when I finally get to settle down in the house of my desires. I am putting in my best effort to achieve my objective by working as hard as I possibly can, concentrating completely on my responsibilities.

Introduction & Where it would be?

Everyone has a dream of someday settling down in the ideal home or residence, whether it be a house or an apartment. Similarly, one of my goals in life is to one day own a home close to the sea, where I will be able to fully appreciate the natural environment that I am a part of and where I will be able to fully appreciate my surrounding landscape.

What it is like? And Why you would like to live in this house/apartment?

A home with a view of the water or ocean is my first choice. Being a homeowner is indeed a full-time job, and I'd rather not deal with the hassle of taking care of a large home. My perfect home would include three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a hall, a kitchen, a little front lawn, and a large botanical garden. Furthermore, I enjoy gardening and playing football so, when I eventually build a house, I intend to include a pretty sizable lawn where I can grow vegetables, flowers, and fruit. There will be vegetation in every direction I look.

When the sun rises, it will shine through the glass panels in the front of my house. My home would have plenty of windows to let in the fresh air, and the decor would be minimalistic.

How do you feel about this house/apartment?

I frequently find myself daydreaming about the perfect house for me. There is a good chance that there will be a time when I settle down in my dream house. Even though I currently live in a house, there is no yard for activities such as gardening or playing football. My motivation to get things done is driven by the fact that I want to live in the house I'm building, which will be in a modern neighbourhood and showcase a variety of convenient amenities.

Introduction

My ideal home is not very large because I do not fantasize about living there. Rather, what I require is a dwelling that will allow me to have mental calmness throughout the day. I can indeed comfortably reside in a small house.

What it is like?

I don't mind space, but the house must be lovely. I don't need an indoor pool, but I do need a large space to store my books and articles. I just want a comfortable, well-furnished home. I need a quiet place to read, listen to music, and watch movies. In the 21st century, the home should be modern. I'll start with house ventilation: Better windows, Good tiles and lighting. The home must always meet basic needs. I won't risk a facility's unexpected disruptions without backups.

Where it would be?

I hate city life, but it's my only option. I'll try to get a house in a quiet part of the city. However, the area should be dreamy. I'll make space for trees because I love them. Thus, the location must be natural. India makes it difficult to find such a place. Commercial structures have been built on most of the open land. Therefore, I'm looking for a place to build my house.

Why you would like to live in this house/apartment? & How do you feel about this house/apartment?

There are a lot of strong reasons why I want to buy a house just like this. I need to keep myself busy throughout the day because I work for a multinational corporation. In addition, I need to make some strategic decisions and then plan and carry them out. As a result, I require a peaceful environment in which to consider the situation. My office is the room that I consider to be the most appropriate setting for activities of this nature. If I were in the appropriate setting, I would be able to make the necessary plans and have a clear picture of how they would be carried out. In addition, such a home is required in order to lead a healthy lifestyle. Because of this, I want to make that my permanent home.

1. Do most Indians prefer to live in houses or apartments?

Indian society is divided into different groups. In general, people do not tend to lean toward any one location. Flats and apartments are the most popular residential options for urban residents. In contrast, villas and bungalows are common in the countryside and rural areas. Older, more conventional residences are typical in rural areas.

2. In what ways does today's architecture in your country contrast with earlier eras?

People today devote a great deal of thought to the interiors of their homes, so the design of modern residences is generally quite impressive. Everything has its designated location there. Furthermore, excellent interior design can be achieved even in a limited space. Those living in older, more conventional homes were used to spacious rooms and elegant constructed wooden furniture. Both are unique in their own ways, and I don't think you can compare them.

3. Have you ever considered moving to another country?

The quality of life, opportunities for advancement in one's profession, and access to quality education are all enhanced in developed nations. This is a struggle for people in third-world countries. I would definitely take the chance to immigrate to a developed country if it meant improving my quality of life and contribute to society on a global scale.

4. How would you describe the typical residence in your country?

Most of my country's population resides in urban areas, where the majority of the apartments and flats are located. Population growth has led to a scarcity of land, driving the construction of ever-taller skyscrapers for human habitation. Out in the country, you can still find traditional, older homes including a yard in both the front and the back. Beach houses are common in coastal areas.

5. Which types of apartments are the most in-demand?

In my country, apartments that are very spacious and have good facilities, amenities, and infrastructure are very popular. Today, people want to live in a spacious apartment with an excellent garden, swimming pool, and security services. People also enjoy living in high-rise apartments, so these apartments are popular in my nation.

6. What distinguishes houses that young people and older people prefer?

In my country, young people prefer to live on the roadside or in sea-facing houses because they believe that they are surrounded by nature and the environment. They also want their houses to be fully equipped with technology and security, and they pay a lot of attention to the interior design of their homes. In contrast, older people prefer to live in large houses in the countryside, where they can enjoy more privacy.

7. Do people usually rent or buy a house? Why?

In my country, both renting and owning homes are common. People, in particular, take great pride in the homes they own, which they often design and decorate themselves. The majority of people in my country have their own homes, but many others rent because of high real estate prices or because they must commute long distances to their jobs.
