Learning is definitely one of the most vital and essential skills one should possess. Here, I would like to speak about a time when I learned a foreign language to expand my linguistic abilities and get insight into their cultures and traditions.

What the language is?
I learned the Japanese language during my summer vacation back in 2019 as a part of my extracurricular activities assigned by my university to enrich our verbal acknowledgment and create a vast portfolio of alumni. The meanings of some words are very different from the native language which generated obstacles in the understanding process and took more time to learn than previously thought it would take.

Where it is spoken and how you learned it?
Mostly, Japanese is spoken in japan and it is spoken as a secondary language in Brazil, Hawaii, and South Korea. It was tough in the beginning to grasp the words and their pronunciation. But after sheer practice, coherence will come, and writing the proper alphabet with appropriate sentence formation also becomes easy after reading some of the grammar and vocabulary books of the Japanese language. Additionally, with the help of videos and audio, I started to speak with fluency and a great deal of confidence.

How it will help you?
It gives you a competitive advantage in your career if you know more than one language. Furthermore, it also enhances your memory power, problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Now from my experience, it helped me in communication when I visited Japan for a business tour. Because of knowing the first language of Japan, I didn't come across any difficulties in accommodations and transportation. Owing to my great verbal expertise I communicated with the locals and gained knowledge of their rituals, beliefs, and other fundamental principles.

Why do you want to learn this language?
Initially, I learned this language as a part of the assigned project by my university. After that, I developed a keen interest in learning Japanese to enhance my knowledge and become multilingual.

To conclude, learning the Japanese language has allowed me to appreciate and respect their culture and civilization. Moreover, it has also given me access to their knowledge, literature, and history which will be profitable in various ways.

Introduction
In this advanced era, people speak different languages to become multilingual and knowledgeable. As a consequence, they can communicate with every person they want and seek out as many opportunities as possible to achieve success and desired lifestyle. Here, I am going to speak about an instance where I learned my ancient language to accomplish my life-longing passion.

What the language is?
I learned the Sanskrit language to expand my intelligence about the history of my country and also to understand the shlokas and verses written by extraordinary primitive sages in their Vedas and Upanishads to guide humanity toward transcendence and peaceful life. Moreover, I also got to know that this language is on the verge of extinction because people are not interested in speaking this language or even reading because of its unique complexities and distinctive words and meanings. Hence, this would be a great step to save and make aware our youth of the importance and significance of this language and our bygone customs and heritage.

Where it is spoken and how you learned it?
Certainly, Sanskrit is slowly diminishing because of this modern era, it is spoken only in some parts of India as a part of the tradition. So, I enrolled myself at a Dharamshala where monks and sadhus teach their disciples Sanskrit, the actual way of living, and other religious practices. They had immense knowledge about this ancient language as it is the mother of the Hindi language and the most ancient language to ever exist. Initially, I only had the knowledge of basic words which were taught in school, so I decided to become proficient in this language and started practicing daily. After that, I began reading Sanskrit grammar books with translations into English which eventually benefitted me with proper understanding and implementation in writing. With constant guidance from highly educated and wise monks in the Dharamshala, I acquired my lifelong dream and learned the Sanskrit language completely.

How it will help you?
The paramount books and works of literature are mainly written in the Sanskrit language. So to completely understand the main motive and message of the writer, the Sanskrit language is essential. After learning this, I read many religious and philosophical texts depicting historical times and various rituals. Furthermore, To level up I started reading Rigveda which is one of the oldest literature ever written in the world. It contains various information about the universe, life lessons for mankind, and other analogies. Reading these scholarly compositions, it has provided me with the wisdom and consciousness one needs to survive and outgrow this formidable life. 

Why do you want to learn this language?
Mastering this language will create advantages such as lucrative offers from institutes and schools that look forward to appointing a teacher in this language.

Conclusion
In summary, I felt proud and dignified about learning a traditional language. Also, I sensed a sentiment of greatness after overcoming the difficulties of learning this language and being among the very few who can speak and write Sanskrit in this contemporary world.

Introduction
The influence of technology on our lives has advanced in the modern era. Consequently, the world has evolved into a global community. Learning another language is a huge benefit in this situation and could propel our careers and life on an incredible growth curve.

What the language is?
I decided to learn the French language during the corona pandemic as a way of self-learning. Moreover, it would be a productive utilization of my free time as well as it will be useful for my futuristic prospects of living in Canada where French is considered a second language.

Where it is spoken and how you learned it?
French is mostly used in European countries and it is also a secondary language in Canada. I was able to make excellent use of the tools at my disposal to learn French quickly and efficiently. First of all, I compiled a list of the most frequently used words in this language and started practicing them verbally and by writing. Additionally, I watched an English-subtitled French online movie and series. Likewise, for appropriate grammar, lexical resources, and pronunciation, I explored youtube tutorial videos teaching the french language. Initially, I struggled to grasp the matter. But, after a while, I began to recognize the grammatical patterns and accurate meanings of the words. After studying the language for three months, I was able to communicate with native French speakers using a free mobile app with great usage of grammar, cohesive words, and vocabulary.

How it will help you?
As a consequence of taking this initiative, my entire perspective on life has been revolutionized. Now that I've moved to Quebec and soaked up the language and culture, I shouldn't have any trouble scoring a high-paying position in my field. Now that living in Canada knowing and speaking both his top languages-English and French enlightens various job opportunities and new cultures which is fruitful for diversity.

Why do you want to learn this language?
With the information about this particular language, it will create opportunities that will be useful for me in career and traveling aspects as it is a widely used language around the globe.

Conclusion
In the end, I realize that I can learn any language I want or need with sheer effort, consistency, and focus. Eventually, learning the French language boosted my confidence and cognitive flexibility.

Answer: I strongly believe that people can write if they have the ability to speak. Certainly, both skills are essential in one’s life. Apart from it, with the usage of verbal skills, people can easily communicate with whomever they want and grab knowledge and virtues through communicating. Likewise, individuals can impart their opinions and ideas by writing in their blogs and articles. Similarly, one can acquire extensive content by reading the writer’s context. Hence, they both play an equal and crucial role in everyone’s life.

Question 4:Do you think language learning is important? Why?
Answer: In this competitive and contemporary world, constant learning is necessary, and learning a language is indispensable for a person's survival because, if they are able to communicate well with everyone, regardless of whether they are from a different country, they can survive and even outgrow other people. Furthermore, if they have a mastery of the language, they can portray their views more effectively and can increase their information regarding other cultures and traditions.

Question 5:What is the best way to learn a language?
Answer: In today’s digitalized era, there are numerous alternative methods for learning any language, including the downloading of any app that aids in language learning for aspirants, they can also enroll themselves in any institution that offers them viable services for language learning. A person will become proficient in a language if they use it regularly while speaking it. In my opinion, this is the most convenient way to learn any language.
