Introduction:

   Schools are a good place where students learn the origin of everything, also it gives a good foundation for their better life. Schools are the only place which help them to gain basic knowledge. Here I am going to speak about my childhood school which gives me more memories, also it holds a special place in my academic days.

Where was it?

  I did my schooling  from vivekananda vidyalaya matric, hr sec school, which was one of the best school in my area, my house was located 2 km far away from my school, from my nursery to std 9th i use to go school by school transportation, after 10th-12 std there are special class so my father used to drop me at school.
   
My father used to say that it was the very first school in my area, other than this most of my neighbors have passed out from there. 

What was it like?

Though it was the oldest school, they maintained it very well. They used to repair the  damages in the building at least 2 years once, it has good ventilated classrooms and extensive surroundings with nature. They update all new facilities for both studies and sports, like computer labs, physics,biology and chemistry labs for studies , for sports they construct new indoor game courts and outdoor game courts. 

What did you learn there?

Yes it is matriculation school, they used to follow CBSE systems like,students should speak only in english inside the school campus, phonetic classes will be held once a week based on standard. Still now I remember all the teachers who taught me, also all teachers are well qualified and they move in a friendly manner with the students.

How did you feel about it? 

Those are the days which give me both good and bad memories. I made lots of friends and had a good time with them. Still, now we are connected with those memories. Also school days have taught me,how to behave with others and how to interact with unknown persons.

Conclusion:

   If we ask, which is the best part in your life? Surely everyone will say it was school days. Everyone has an emotional connection with those days.

Introduction:  
  Schools are the first step for students' careers, they learn all the basic things in school like how to hold a conversation, how to write with grammatical precision. Schools are the best place to learn. To be said that some kids fix their aim only at school.

 Where was it?
  I did my schooling from 6th grade to 10th in my native, and went to school from my grandparents' home. It was located a street away from my grandfather's house. My grandfather used to drop and pick me up from home to school on his bicycle. Sometimes my grandmother takes me to school on foot. Those are very good days with more memories.

What was it like?
   It was a new experience, because I did my schooling till grade 5 in chennai, it was totally different from chennai to my native, like the way the teachers teach, atmosphere in schools, facilities are very classy. 

What did you learn there?
   To be frank i was zero in my conversation up to my class 5th, once i joined school in my native I started learning step by step on how to interact  with others. The updated technologies were used there for students. All those things have helped me take another step in my career.

How did you feel about it?
   Without any hesitation, I will say that those days are my golden days in my lifetime, which taught me lots of lessons about how to and what to do to achieve a successful life.

Conclusion:
  I have got many friends from that school, who are still in touch and had a whole lot of time with them. We meet at least once a month.

Introduction:

    In my perception, schools are very notable as it was the place from where all the students learn the foundation of everything, schools only help students to enhance their knowledge of origin. If anyone talks about my childhood school days it makes me wistful.

Where was it?

   The name of my school that I studied was st. Mary's convent school. The location of my school is on the main road. I studied in a single school from class LKG to class 12th. It was my favorite time, where I learned many lessons. It was the foundation for my career. 

What was it like?

    My school atmosphere was full of nature, my school campus was filled with many trees, and it was beside the pond. There are separate buildings for each grade student like kindergarten to pre primary was in one building, all labs are at one building and separate area for playground and sports courts.

What did you learn there?

    My school was well organized in both academics and extracurricular activities. I was the most active person in my school in both sports and schools. Every year, when the annual day celebration is held, I am the one who participates in most of the activities. Once school got over in the evening, we practiced martial arts, where the classes are taken in my school itself.

How did you feel about it?

    It made me proud of myself when I think about my school days, how active I was. Each and every staff member knows me very well in my school. I have got so many friends with whom I am still in touch. 

Conclusion:

   Even though we moved to different institutions for higher studies, schools are the most beautiful place which has a big part in our life and it is the best place in our heart with lots of good memories.   

Describe a school you went to in your childhood band 7 - Model answer 4

Introduction: 
   School is the place where the child spent their childhood. When we look back and think about our childhood, we have a big smile on our face when we think of happy moments like that. I also have so many good memories from my school days.

Where was it?

   I did my schooling in my town, the name of the school which I studied at is RAYAN international school. It is regarded to be one of the most prestigious schools at my location. It was located in the middle of the town, behind the big park which is famous in our area. I used to go to school by school transportation. School bus picked me at the doorstep.

What was it like?

    Still, now I can remember the excellent infrastructure of my school, which was very pleasant and calm. Through the years, they still maintain the same atmosphere. Separate area for garden and sports activities. School buildings are also maintained very well. It was a private school which also had canteen facilities, they provided food, snacks for timings for every student.

What did you learn there?

All the teachers are very loving and caring with the students, the first priority of my school is discipline, they brought up us as well disciplined students among other school students. It was the place where I started my academic years at first. I have learned a lot of good habits from my school. Not only in the academic field but also in sports. So many facilities helped us to achieve great things in school.

How did you feel about it?

   When I look back and think about my school days, I believe I was very blessed to join that school. Now I am working at the same school as a teacher. It makes me so proud about myself, the main reason for my success is my school.

Conclusion: 

I made quite a few good friends and had the best memories with them during and after school. The only reason for my achievement is my school which taught me the basics for everything.

I think today’s teachers are not strict with the students, maybe it is because of the rules for teachers to not beat the students, also students have no fear of teachers and behave disrespectfully with teachers. If teachers scold students they speak out against them. 

What is the difference between private schools and public schools?

The major dissimilar between private colleges and public colleges are first the atmosphere and the facilities which are available in private colleges are not in the public colleges. Also the fee structure is also dissimilar among private colleges  and public colleges.

What are the advantages of a private college?

 In private colleges, students are well focused in their studies, because the institutions provide a good environment and are comfortable with teachers. Also, they can get the latest technologies to study.

What’s your opinion on the fact that more teachers are using computers in their instruction?

Nowadays, it has become normal among teachers. It is happy to see that teachers in this generation are giving something new to the students with the help of technologies.The computer helps them to save time, because it provides answers for all the questions in a fraction of second. Also, they want to make it clear to the students about the topic or lesson that they teach. Students also give attention to the class when they learn something on screen like a projector, smartboards. 

Do you agree that the purpose of education is to prepare people for their future lives?     

Yes, I agree with the given opinion. I can say without any doubt, each and everyone was educated to achieve something in their life both present and future. Most of them were focused on their long term goals. But, not everyone was interested in learning everything, they all were interested in different fields, so they concentrated on what they were interested in. 

Why do you believe the changes are required?

      The changes and development in schools will enhance the standard of both students and the instruction, not only to improve the standard, but also the foundation for kids' knowledge to become more powerful for their success in the future. 

Did school play an important role in everyone’s life?

Yes, I am sure that school plays a major role in everyone's life, since it is the first place which taught us our basic things such as how to speak, good habits etc. If we ask others then they will say, it was the best place where they spent their lifetime with happiness.
