Describe an ambition that you have for long time - Model answer 1

Introduction:

Everyone should set some goals in their life as it motivates the person to work hard. I too had ambitions in my life. I have achieved some and I have failed some. My lack of motivation has always failed some of my goals. So, today I wanted to talk about my long-time ambition that I achieved.

What is it?

My ambition is to become a Pilot. People will decide their aim when they were in childhood and some will fix their aim in adulthood. I decided my aim when I was 17.

What did you do for it?

After completing my schooling I started searching for a good training school, also I got a seat in a reputed training class and I started preparing for some other exams like DGCA entrance exams.

When can you achieve it?

I had enough faith in myself and actually I achieved it. After completing all my additional courses which are related to my pilot career. When I was 27 at last I got my pilot license. And got a job in a good airline company.

Explain why you have this ambition?

When I was in class 10, one of my cousins encouraged me to do something new apart from my family. And, airline careers hit me differently so I fixed it as my ambition. Now, I reached my target, and my parents are very proud of me.

Conclusion:

I think anyone can do anything. So, there is no problem in dreaming big. And, I believe faith is the best weapon to overcome the hurdles.

Describe an ambition that you have for long time - Model answer 2

Introduction :
Not everyone was fixing their ambition by themselves. Yes, everyone should fix their aim by themselves but some will change their aim for their parents and also for their well wishers. In The same way I have changed my aim to satisfy my parents wish.

What is it?
I have changed my aim to become a police officer from a social service worker. Yes, both are nearly similar but compared with social service workers, police officers have some extra power and other facilities.

What did you do for it ?
Once I completed my graduation, I joined a training class which is far from my house to attend government exams and I have relocated from my house by leaving my parents for my aim. Also, I joined one physical education class. And started practicing for my physical fitness.

When can you achieve it?
Everyone will face failure at any point in their life. Like that, I have also faced it. In the first attempt, I lost my mark by 2 points, but I will not lose my faith. I started again to prepare for the exam and I completed it. Also, I was selected in the physical round and joined in the training period. After 6 months I got work in the police station which is near to my native as a constable.

Explain why you have this ambition?
First, I didn't have any idea of becoming a police officer, I was very much interested in social service work. One of my well wishers has suggested that I attempt the police exam. Because he said that both jobs are nearly similar. Police officers are focused on serving the public and they are one step above social service jobs. This made me want to become a police officer.

Conclusion:
Sometimes, the ideas of other people also help you to attain a good position in life. It is wrong to hear people’s ideas blindly. If it feels correct in your point of view you can do it.

Describe an ambition that you have for long time - Model answer 3

Introduction:
Aim is not only about studies, even sports, singing, dance etc  all come under the ambition. In my perspective, Studies alone are not very important. If one has a great interest in sports and has an aim to become a best sportsman, parents should encourage them.

What is it?
Here I am going to talk about my ambition, that my aim is to become a good karate player and to attend many upcoming tournaments. And my aim is to represent Tamilnadu in a national tournament. And to get a good player award.

What did you do for it ?
Once I completed my 12. I stopped my education and started to concentrate on my karate practice. I left my family and relocated to another house alone to do my practice since I thought I would get distracted if I was with my family.

When did you achieve it ?
In March, there is a national tournament, and I have been selected to represent our state Tamilnadu. I was waiting for that moment for a long time, now it is going to come. I have much confidence in myself that I will grab a place in the competition.

Explain why you have this ambition?
First, I joined karate class as an extra activity but later it brought more interest. So I started practicing daily. My parents start encouraging after seeing my achievements. Apart from my interest, my parents and masters encouragement make it my aim to represent our state.

Conclusion:
I believe one should not force anyone. Let them do it in their way and they will definitely win. Because of their interest, it will result in good.
