1. Centennial College Application Form - Student email address and Mobile number is mandatory. 

2. Grade 10th and 12th marks card  

3. Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma Mark sheets (semester wise/yearly)  

4. Failure mark sheets/back log summary is mandatory if failures/backlogs don't appear in the mark sheet. 

5. Bachelor’s Degree/ Post-Secondary Diploma Degree completion certificate  

6. Consolidated mark sheet of the Bachelor's and Master's (letter from College stating no failures during course of study) 

7.   Signed Business Math letter (If Math is an additional subject pls attach supporting doc) 

8. Work experience letter (if applicable) OR 

a. Appointment letter (1st Page which has required content) pls do not send us the entire document. 

b. Reliving letter/ last drawn pay-slips  

c. Resume - with Roles and Responsibilities 

9. IELTS- Academic/Duolingo for admission purpose/PTE/TOFEL  

 We request you to send all documents in a Single PDF file with file size not exceeding 5 MB.  

The students need to pay the Registration deposit within 2 weeks as mentioned in the Offer letter to hold their seat.
