• BACKLOGS ACCEPTANCE REMARKS: If more than 8 backlogs there should be 60 % in last 2 semesters and no backlogs,  Core subject grades should be minimum 60% and above including Math English

Students receiving a Conditional Offer will be required to:

• Pay the deposit to receive a PAL
• Meet the outlined conditions to convert to an Unconditional Offer
• Pay the first semester fees &
• Proceed to apply for a study visa.

Conditional Offers may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Submission of Official Transcript & completion certificate from XXX college.
• Successful completion of Graduation/Diploma/Grade 12th.
• Submission of English proficiency test score.
  

• A Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) is a crucial document for international students planning to study in Ontario. The letter is required to apply for a study permit from Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
• PALs will be generated for students with a minimum of $2,000 in their account moving forward.
