• Applicant must be at least 19 years old to be eligible for admission in KPU. 
• Official transcripts are mandatory to send to KPU for admission procedure, however, scanned copies of official transcripts can be accepted during the application process to post-baccalaureate diploma/open intake undergraduate programs. 
• Students who submit scanned copies of official transcripts will then be considered for conditional admission to KPU, and the deadline to provide official transcripts will be extended to Orientation day (https://www.kpu.ca/international/orientation)
• 5 years gap accepted for PG courses
• 2 years gap accepted for UG courses
• Applicants from India must meet this minimum requirement in order to be admissible to UG programs:
• ICSE: 75%
• CBSE: 80%
• State Board: 85%

Submission Guidelines for Scanned Copies of Official Transcripts:

• Scans must be in colour and in PDF format.
• Scans must include all official stamps, and/or seals, and/or signatures on original document.
• Scans must include the front and back of each page in the original document.
• Scans must be clear and complete – no part of the original document can be missed or cropped.
• Scans are strongly recommended to be in English or with government certified English translation if the original transcript is not in English.
• Scans must be submitted in the following format: STUDENTID _LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME_ FILE NAME (example: 100123456_DOE_JOHN_IELTS or 100123456_DOE_JOHN_HIGHSCHOOL)
• Submit scanned copies of official transcripts to us.
• Students who are planning to travel to Canada (at KPU) they can use ICENT app. It assists students in acclimatizing to life studying overseas, helps them  navigate their new environments, and guides students through the process of coming to Canada and KPU.
