Vancouver Community College (VCC) is now offering conditional admission for Fall 2025 to Grade 12 students in India, based on predicted scores.

Student’s Email Address

• Important information such as schedules and mandatory orientation information are sent to students’ email addresses. If students do not provide accurate contact information, they may miss important notifications. Agents must ensure the email addresses indicated on the application forms are checked regularly by students and notify VCC immediately if the email addresses change or are no longer accessed.

Application Fee Payments

• We have received an increasing number of applications with unsuccessful application fee payments dueto credit card issues, which delay the application process. Agents and students must ensure the credit card information is accurate and the credit cards will work. They should also consider providing alternate credit card information upon application, in case the first card does not go through. Applications will be canceled if payments are not received successfully within one month of application.

Application Processing Times

• Once complete and qualified applications are received within the application periods, and program seats are open, students may expect to receive offer letters within 4 to 6 weeks of application. It creates unnecessary work for both offices if VCC India continuously checks application status during the 8 to 10 week processing time, as there may not be updates available. If there is no update after 6 weeks, ple ase certainly let us know.

Waitlist Status

• Waitlisted students do not receive offer letters, and there is no regular update on the waitlist status. It creates unnecessary work for both offices if you continuously checks waitlist status with VCC. Waitlisted students are also not automatically deferred to future intakes and must apply to a future intake when the application period is open.

Study Permit / StudentVisa Approval

• Agents or students must attach proof of Student Visa approval issued by IRCC in the form of a PDF or scanned document. If such documents are not received by the deadlinesindicated on the offerletters, students’ seats are not confirmed and their program start date may be deferred. Students should not plan to arrive in Canada unlessthey receive seat confirmation or registration information. 

Original Documents Submission
Students must bring their official/original education documents to VCC on or before the first day of classes. If students arrive in Canada earlier, they may submit the documents during office hours. Our office is open between 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., except weekends, holidays and college closures.
