General Admissions Requirement : 

• Overall 80% in Last Education Required for most of the programs. For Business Program 90% or Above Required.
• 10+3 education pattern not acceptable.
• NIOS and Distance Education not acceptable.
• 2 year gap acceptable with proper justification.
• Student can apply deferment fortwo consequtive intakes only.
• Application fees is 150 CAD$. If student wants to add more program need to pay addittional $50 CAD for each.
• Both Academic And English Language Condition is Acceptable for admissions 

Documents required are as follows:-

For Bachelor Programs:-
1) A valid Passport of student should be properly scan first and last page.
2) 10th and 12th Marksheets and Passing certificate of the student from recognized board.
3) IELTS test score, the original TRF (test report form) is required.

For Master Programs:-
1) A valid Passport of student should be properly scan first and last page.
2) 10th and 12th Marksheets and Passing certificate of the student from recognized board.
3) Diploma Marksheets, Passing certificate & Transcript Degree Certificate from recognized board/University.
4) Bachelor's Marksheets, Passing certificate & Transcript Degree Certificate from recognized college/university.
5) Master's Marksheets, Passing certificate & Transcript Degree Certificate from recognized college/ university.
6) IELTS test score, the original TRF (test report form) is required.
7) If the candidate/student have work experience then a genuine Work Experience letter is required also the offer letter of the respective institute or company and the Salary slip of last 3 months is needed. along with date, stamp & signature.
8) If Backlog then Backlog summary certificate and in case of zero backlogs zero backlog certificate.
9) 3 letters of recommendation (LOR) from college along with emails, phone number, designation, signature & department.
10) Statement of Purpose (SOP) for particular university and course, student phone number and also official email ID of the student.
11) An updated Resume/CV (Curriculum Vitae).

All international students applying for study permits before January 22, 2024, do not require a PAL. Ones applying after this date would need PAL. In order to get PAL a students must:

• Accept the offer to the UG program at Laurier
• Pay the tuition deposit

Once we receive confirmation that the student has accepted the offer and paid the tuition deposit, Laurier will begin the process for issuing you a PAL.

Laurier requires a tuition deposit in the amount of $2,000 CAD from all undergraduate international students, including students who have already received and/or accepted offers of admission.

The tuition deposit is not an additional fee. It will be applied to your first-term tuition balance once you enrol in courses and your invoice is issued. 

Your deposit will not be refunded if you choose not to come to Laurier after paying your deposit or if you don’t meet the conditions of your offer.

The following are examples of situations where your deposit may be refunded:

• If your request for a PAL is declined, your deposit will be refunded.
• If your study permit application is refused, please contact International Student Support and they can help you resubmit your application. If it is still refused, your deposit will be refunded.

If you require a PAL to obtain your study permit, it is recommended that you pay your tuition deposit within two weeks (14 days) after you have accepted your offer of admission.

If more than two weeks have passed since you accepted your offer, it is recommended that you pay your tuition deposit as soon as possible for Laurier to initiate the PAL request from the province of Ontario.

Your offer of admission will not be rescinded if you are unable to pay your tuition deposit within two weeks of accepting your offer. Since a deposit is required before Laurier can request your PAL, we recommend submitting your deposit as soon as possible, and no later than June 10, 2024.
