GRE Fees and Special handling request charges

The GRE General test fee is $228 and GRE subject test fee is $150. Candidates have to pay an extra fee to avail additional services. If the Candidate is planning to cancel or reschedule their respective test date, then he/she is advised to do so not later than four days before the exam date otherwise the GRE exam fee would be forfeited.The charges to avail special handling requests are given below.

How to Register for the GRE Exam 2023?

In the process of GRE exam Registration through online, 

• Candidates are required to create an account with ETS- the conducting body of GRE- https://www.ets.org/gre. If you already have an account, then click the sign in option.
• Make sure that  when you register your name should match with the valid identification document which is Passport.
• Select the preferred location and test centre
• Look for the preferred exam day and available slots, choose and proceed further by paying the displayed GRE Registration fee. (please note that cash or net banking is not accepted. Make sure to have a credit/debit card handy).
• Soon you will receive a confirmation email from ETS stating your test choice, test date, test centre and score recipients.

To facilitate the test takers with physical disabilities and health related issues, ETS provides assistance services and reasonable accommodations. Required candidates must submit their accommodation/assistance request and get it approved by the ETS Disability Services before their scheduled GRE exam date. This entire process for the approval will take around six weeks from the day of receiving your application. Candidates can book their exam slot only after the accommodation/ assistance is confirmed.
