In IELTS speaking part 2, you have to prepare a cue card that would be given by your examiner. In that cue card, you can find a topic like Describe a book you read that you found useful, it depicts 2-3 questions which you have to speak about. You must keep that in mind. Introduction

Some of the books I read are textbooks, while others I read based on my interests. I gain new knowledge from each book I read. Today, I will examine a highly encouraging book. The title of the book is The Power Of Your Subconscious Mind.

When did you read it?

Joseph Murphy the author penned down a masterpiece. Actually, I was searching for some books in the library, and I saw this book. I borrowed it because I believed it to be a book on self-help. It was my favourite book so I enjoyed rereading it. I encouraged others to read it as well.

What type of book is it? and What is it about?

It is a self-help book about the power of positive thinking, the law of attraction, and the power of positive thinking. The author argues that when a person is thinking about something, his subconscious begins working without their knowledge to make their thoughts come true; as a consequence he could obtain favourable results. This is the power of our subconscious mind.

Why did you find it useful?

It is advantageous since it alters one's way of thinking. After reading it, a person has optimistic thoughts, which leads to happiness, riches, and relationship success. Another advantage of positive thinking is that it might improve a person's health.

Conclusion
For me, It is a book that motivates those who are dissatisfied with their lives and also for the people who don't believe in themselves and have the desire to succeed.

Introduction
I have not read many books outside of my reading assignments. Here, I would like to discuss the book Atomic Habits, which was given to me by a friend. After reading it, I found it to be very helpful and inspiring, and I would like to read it again.
 
When did you read it?
I first read it when I was studying in college. My friend and I went to a book stall but at that time I was looking for novels and storybooks. At that time, my friend decided to give me a self-help book to try something new. I completed Atomic Habits within a week

What type of book is it? and What is it about?
Atomic Habits is the ultimate guide to changing bad habits and adopting good ones in four phases, demonstrating how little, incremental, daily routines compound over time to produce enormous, positive change.

Why did you find it useful?
When I read it, I was in a big mess, I was being lazy and my bad habits were continuously piling up but after reading this and implementing those tips and tricks in my real life, my life changed totally. So, this book came with a huge positive change in my daily life.

Conclusion
It gave me immense positivity, and the confidence to succeed in work and be able to increase my overall productivity. It basically gave me the key to being happy.

Introduction
I enjoy reading not only the books required for my classes but also others that pique my attention. I gain a great deal from reading books, as they enhance my intelligence and introduce me to new concepts. The book I will be discussing is How to win friends and Influence people by Dale Carnegie.

When did you read it?
Almost a year ago, I read this book for the first time. I was aware of it in the past, but I never had the opportunity to read it. I eventually searched for it online and purchased it.

What type of book is it? and What is it about?
The core premise is that you may influence the conduct of others by altering your own. It teaches the ideas to better understand people, become more pleasant, builds relationships, persuade others, and influence the behaviour of others through leadership.

Why did you find it useful?
A lot of people nowadays believe that the most important skill in this modern world is social skills. One should know how to win people and make them agree with you. Due to this reason, I found this book very essential for my personal development.

Conclusion
Remember, a person’s name is the sweetest and most important sound in any language. Be a good listener. Encourage others to talk about themselves and by this, you can make anyone your best friend.

6.Is compulsory reading (in school) a good idea? 

Yes, definitely. For kids to be successful in their studies, they must develop their reading skills to the point where the majority of them are automatic. However, reading and writing skills grow with careful preparation and instruction. Children require frequent and active engagement with books.

7.Some people like to collect books. Why do you think they do this? 

They do so because they enjoy reading. They regard books as treasures and are pleased with their assortment.
