Some people say that there are five seasons, spring, summer, rainy, autumn, and winter. But, India mainly experiences three seasons that is summer, rainy, and winter. Summer is the season which is most loved and enjoyed throughout my country.
What season it is?
The summer is my all-time favourite season. I took cricket training when I was younger, and ever since, it's been one of my favourite things to do in this season. Nearly every day, my friends and I go to the society’s common plot to play cricket as in summer all have a vacation from their schools and colleges. The variety of food and fruits I can have during this time of the year is another reason why I love summer.
How that season is different from other seasons?
My favourite fruits are mango and watermelon, they are seasonal fruits that are only available during the summer. On the flip side, winter and monsoon don’t have these fruits. You can also enjoy delicious dishes and different types of ice cream from local shops almost every week. My mother often prepares watermelon juice and fresh mango jam for the family.
What the weather is like at that time of year?
The weather in this season is mostly hot and humid. Many crops and fruits are grown in this season such as Mango, snap beans, cucumber, etc. Also in this season many people visit hill stations and prefer to wear cotton clothes.
