Introduction:
 A person who leads or commands a group of people or organization is known as a leader. Here I am going to share about a female leader whom I like.

Who is she?
  Jayaram Jayalalithaa was an Indian politician and actress.  She became the state's youngest chief minister and the first woman to serve a full term serving as chief minister from 24 June 1991 to 12 May 1996 more than fourteen years over six terms. She is also known as “Amma” and “Puratchi Thalaivi”.

Where is she from?
 She was born on 24th February 1948 in Melukote, Pandavapura taluk, Mandya district in Mysore state. She did her education at Sacred Heart Matriculation School in Chennai, she excelled at her studies and was offered a scholarship to pursue higher education. Jayalalitha was a multi talented person as she is fluent in several languages, Tamil, Telugu, Kanada, Hindi, Malayalam and English also she is also trained in classical music, western classical piano, and various forms of classical dance.

What she does for others?
 As a politician Jayalalitha had done so many good things for the public. In 2011 she introduced a scheme called “Thalikku Thangam Thittam”, whereby four grams of gold and cash up to Rs 50,000 was given to buy nuptial chains to the women who were economically-backward. Amma Grinder, Mixie and table fan scheme, low-cost canteen, pharmacies, health insurance, mineral water, free laptops, salt, cement, seeds and vegetable shops. Low-cost canteen is one of the best schemes because she implemented this scheme to help the poor get quality nutritious food at subsidized prices. It is a hit even now and many of the public are being benefitted from this scheme.

Explain why you like her.
  Jayalalitha was the very first woman to enter politics in Tamil Nadu, she had gone through many unfair criticisms but she never fails to do her job in the best way. Not only for me she never fails to be an example for many women till her last breath.

Conclusion: 
  Overall Dr. J. Jaylalitha had done her great job by shining in both her political and cine field.  Also she has received Filmfare Award-Telugu in 1973 and Filmfare Award South in 1971.

Introduction:

• The role of leadership is to have potential to manage a situation, to guide their staff or public.
• Here I am going to share about the female leader I like.

Who is she?

• Nirmala Sitharama is a leader of the BJP(Bharatiya Janata Party). 
• She was the second woman Defence Minister of India and the first full-time woman defense Minister of India. 
• She was appointed as India’s finance minister in May 2019 and is also the minister for corporate affairs.

Where is she from?

• Nirmala Sitharaman was born on 18th August 1959 in a Tamil Iyengar family, in Madurai,  Tamil Nadu, to Savitri and Narayanan Sitharaman.
• She did her schooling from Sacred Heart Convent Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School, Villupuram till primary level and also from Madras and Tiruchirappalli.
• She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics at the Seethalakshmi Ramaswami college, Tiruchirappalli in 1980.
• Master of Arts degree in economics and M.phil from Jawaharlal Nehru university, Delhi in 1984.
• Then she enrolled for a Ph.D.program in Economics with focus on Indo-Europe trade.

What she does for others?

• She has handled many sensitive issues like school fees for children of servicemen.
• Withdrawal of cases against pensioners and opening of cantonment roads to the public.

Explain why you like her.

• Her journey inspired countless individuals, especially women to strive for excellence in their chosen fields.

Conclusion:

• Nirmala Sitharaman worked as senior manager (research and analysis) with Price Waterhouse, London.
• Before that she worked as a sales girl at home decor store, Habitat in London for a brief time.  
• The best thing which I have learned from her was, we should not wait till the opportunity comes to us, we should keep doing our best in whatever job we do.
