The IELTS speaking Task 2 is commonly known as the cue card section. When this section starts the examiner will provide your topic cue card like “Describe a foreigner who speaks your native language (hindi) very well”. The candidates are expected to talk continuously about the topic without any pause till the examiner asks them to stop. Introduction
Hindi is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world with about 600 million speakers, including native and second-language users. Here I am going to share about a foreigner who speaks Hindi fluently.
Who this person is?
In this discussion, I will be sharing my experience with Mr. Dilan, an uncle of one of my friends, who hails from Italy. I had the chance to meet him when he came over to my friend’s place. Initially, I had doubts about his ability to communicate or comprehend our language because of the language barrier. But later during our conversation, I discovered that he is actually quite proficient in our language.
Where he/she is from?
Mr.Dilan who hails from Venice, the capital of northern Italy’s Veneto region. As we spoke he revealed that he grew up in Spain with his grandparents, also he said he is fluent in over five languages, indulging in Venetic, Spanish, French, English and Hindi.
How did he/she learn Hindi?
The one thing that amazes me is how fluently he speaks Hindi, then I asked him how you could talk Hindi fluently and then he told me that in the early days he learned Hindi through one of the language learning apps also he said that he would read few Hindi literature books and kept this as his regular practice, this made him talk fluently.
Why can he speak Hindi well?
His passion for learning this language enabled him to become skilled in speaking Hindi. Furthermore, his outgoing nature and interactions with others helped him become fluent in the Hindi language.
Conclusion
From Mr. Dilan, I learned that being constant in doing some task will help you to be proficient, and it is said that practice makes a man perfect.

Introduction
In today's world, it has become fashionable and essential to learn various languages. Even schools are now encouraging students to learn an additional language, referred to as a second language, alongside their native language.
Who is this person?
I have encountered many individuals at various events who are skilled in multiple languages. One person I would like to share about is Miss Jessica, who is originally from France. I met her at a conference held at our college, where she was giving a lecture based on her research.
Where is he/she from?
Miss Jessica came to India for educational purposes and she has been here for three years now. Initially, she came for research, but she decided to stay because she fell in love with the Indian culture
How does he/she learn Hindi?
During our interaction, Miss Jessica impressed us by greeting us with "Namaste" in Hindi. We were curious about how she could speak Hindi so fluently, and she explained that as a researcher who traveled to different countries, she made an effort to learn the local languages. When she came to India, she took the opportunity to learn Hindi.

As we spoke further, we discovered that Miss Jessica's passion for the language motivated her to become proficient in speaking Hindi. She mentioned that listening to speeches and reading books in Hindi helped improve her language skills.

I would like to mention a foreigner who is incredibly skilled at speaking Hindi. Antony, my friend from Australia, stands out for his proficiency in the language despite the geographical and cultural distance between Australia and India.
Who is this person?
Antony is an Australian citizen whom I met during my higher studies at a renowned university in Delhi. We pursued our studies together and became friends.
Where is he/she from?
Antony hails from Australia and was born and raised there. However, he came to India as an international student to study technology and engineering. His interest in India and its culture motivated him to pursue his higher studies here.
How did he/she learn Hindi?
Initially, I was hesitant to converse with Antony, but he surprised me by introducing himself in Hindi. He informed me that he had been practicing the language for a year prior to coming to India.
Explain why he can speak Hindi well.
Antony's commitment and immersive approach to learning the language have not only made him proficient in Hindi but have also enhanced his understanding and efforts in adapting to the culture.
Conclusion
Additionally, Antony's fondness for Bollywood music has aided his language learning. Furthermore, his involvement in numerous reality shows has allowed him to meet many people who speak Hindi, further improving his fluency in the language.

Who is this person?
I would like to talk about my coworker, Ken, who hails from Russia but possesses an exceptional proficiency in Hindi. Ken and I both work as expatriates in the United Kingdom.
Where is he/she from?
My friend Ken was born in Georgia but raised in Russia, as his father had moved there. After attending a conference meeting, he became a close companion of mine in the office. As our friendship grew, we began exchanging our languages and cultures
How did he/she learn Hindi?
During our initial conversation, he unexpectedly began speaking in Hindi, which greatly surprised me. Curious, I inquired about how he acquired such fluency in Hindi. He explained that he learned the language through various platforms. Initially, he started learning Hindi by watching YouTube channels dedicated to teaching the language. Additionally, he enhanced his understanding by watching Hindi movies with English subtitles, allowing him to grasp both pronunciation and meaning.

For the past 2 years, he has been diligently practicing this dialect without interruption. Additionally, he mentioned that reading a few Hindi literature books has helped him become fluent in speaking Hindi.

Ken's commitment to studying Hindi is truly motivating. Ken’s ability to speak fluent Hindi was a result of his determination to learn the language and her necessity to do so. He employed various methods to acquire proficiency in the language and eventually reached a level where she could effortlessly work in it.
