Introduction:
A meeting is a coming together of people to exchange information and discuss issues. It can be formal or informal, here I am going to share about the meeting in which I was the speaker.
When it was?
I still remember when I was doing my college, I was a cultural secretary in the 2nd year of my course. It was my first experience as a secretary for culture. I think I have done my work well.
What type of meeting it was?
It was a meeting about the cultural events which our college management has decided to conduct among the other colleges. This meeting was held with our management staff, union members, in front of all those members I have delivered my speech. Everyone has listened to my words and also they have given some suggestions to me to add some other programs.
Conclusion:
At the end of the meeting all my staff appreciated me for what I did, also once competition was done they were honored as best cultural secretary with a momento.

Introduction:
- A meeting is a defined real-time gathering of two or more people for the purpose of achieving a common goal through conversation and interaction.
- Here I am going to share about my experience in the meeting where I was a speaker.
When it was?
- A couple of months before I had a meeting, in our sports academy hall.
- It was a meeting between my seniors and with my masters.
A Total of 45 members attended the meeting.

- This meeting was conducted to discuss the competition which is going to be held by this month.
- It is a karate competition. We discussed some rules and regulations which we are going to follow.
- In that meeting my masters have allotted a part to present to me. In front of all my seniors I gave my opinion and ideas.
