Introduction:
   We all know about many popular persons, but there are some hidden talented people, who were once celebrated as popular and famous people but day by day our people forget them.

Who is this person?
   Mariyappan Thangavelu is from Perivadagampatti, Tamil Nadu, India. He is a para high jump player. He won the gold medal in 2016 summer paralympic games held in Rio de Janeiro and silver medal in Tokyo paralympics. Also he is Padma Bhushan, Arjuna , Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna awardee. 

What is he or she like?
   Mariyappan Thangavelu suffered permanent disability in his right leg at the age of five, when he was run over by a drunk bus driver while walking to school. 

Why do you think this person is popular?
  Mariyappan Thangavelu scripted history by bagging the gold medal in the men's T42 high jump on the second day of 2016 summer paralympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. He is India’s first paralympic gold medalist since 2004. 

How does this person influence the public?
  He never felt him as a differently- abled child, in his first competitive event at age 14 he won second among the able- bodied competitor's. He never fails to stood as an example for those kids who felt like they couldn’t do it. 

Conclusion:
  Like Mariyappan Thangavelu, there are many players who participated in paralympic games but they were not celebrated because they didn't win any medals.

Introduction:
  I am going to talk about a popular person who is a constant source of inspiration to millions of people in our country. 
  
Who is this person?
  Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam BR was an Indian aerospace scientist and statesman who served as the 11th president of India from 2002 to 2007.  

What is he or she like?
  He is the one who got more than 5 awards. He was elected as the 11th president with the support of both the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party and the  opposition Indian National Congress. He is widely referred to as the ‘people’s president’. 

Why do you think this person is popular?
   He was known as the ‘Missile Man of India’ for his  work in the development of ballistic missile technology, also from 1992-1999, kalam sir was the chief scientific adviser to the prime minister and the secretary of the DRDO. 

How does this person influence the public?
 He teaches people to stay connected with everyone and spread positive thoughts. He was the one who motivated everybody in the country with his inspiring speeches. He taught the youth to take responsibility and work in the direction of development in loyalty and integrity.

Conclusion:
   Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam was not just a great scientist and president of India but also a motivational source for students.

Introduction:
  Here I am going to talk about the person who fulfilled the dream that many Indians dreamt of.  Who is also known as the National hero of India. 

Who is this person?
  Kalpana chawla was the first woman of Indian origin to fly to space. She has the citizenship of both India and the United States. She was one of the 7 crew members who died in the space shuttle columbia disaster.

What is he or she like?
   Kalpana is remembered as an extraordinary woman, an inspiration and a role model. She might be an example for being courageous, dedicated , and an independent woman who set her eyes on space and followed through with her dream.   

Why do you think this person is popular?
   As we all know that Kalpana chawla was the first Indian- born woman in space,  in today’s scientific history, her name will always be written in golden letters. She first flew on space shuttle Columbia in1997 as a mission specialist and primary robotic arm operator on the STS-87. She completed 6.5 million miles in 252 orbit of the Earth and 376 hours and 34 minutes in space on her very first mission. 

How does this person influence the public?
   Although Kalpana's second space fight ended in disaster, she became a role model for many women. She said that, “ The path from dreams to success does exist. May you have the vision to find it, the courage to get onto it”. 

Conclusion:
   Her life teaches us that everything is possible through hard work and dedication. She made it to graduation, though she was the only girl in her batch.

1. What are the qualities of being popular? 
    The qualities of being popular is, he or she should be an example for others. Not only in the profession what they are, in every thing they should be an example for others.

2. Do you know any popular star who likes helping other people? 
   Many celebs are helping other people or for the kinds and elders who are living in orphanage homes. Kamal Hassan has a charitable trust named Kamal Narpani Iyakkam. He has given charity to cancer and HIV patients.

3. Do you think children should imitate their idols? 
     Children imitate their idols, automatically they start to follow good habits that their idols have done to others. Also as a parent we should watch what they are doing.

4. What influence do popular stars have on teenagers? 
   Teenagers always want to be like their favorite celebrities. So just follow them with blind folded eyes. They are influenced in both good and bad ways. Teenagers go crazy, if their popular star is acting in any product then they blindly want to buy that product.

5. Do you think popular stars have more freedom or less freedom? 
   I think popular stars cannot have their freedom. Because if they want to enjoy something like commoners in a public place, they are unable to enjoy it or show their emotion. In that aspect, their freedom is restricted.
