Introduction:
There are more pros and cons in Online stores. That they would give more offers, discounts, and cashback because they want to keep their customers. But at the same time we have many chances to receive damaged products too. So it  is best to read reviews before ordering something from an online store. Here I am going to share a review which I read about a product or service.

Where you read this review?
  I read this review in one of the famous online shopping platforms, which is an e-commerce platform that sells more than 50 products (media, baby products, electronics etc) with different kinds of brands.

What the product or service was?
 I read the review for the product called kick scooter. It is a vehicle which has a handlebar, deck and wheels propelled by a rider pushing off the ground with their leg.

What information that review gave about the product or service?
  I have got both positive and negative reviews about the product. 90% of them mentioned that this product is very good in quality and worth the money and 10% of the people mentioned that they received a damaged product and they haven’t received the product which they saw in the picture.

What did you do as a result of reading this review?
  I planned to buy this product for my nephew as a birthday gift. As most of the customer’s as given positive reviews I ordered this product and received it after 2 days.

Conclusion:
I think review’s have helped me to get this product, because as per the most positive reviews received the product with a good and safe pack and the product was also in good quality, as it is in the picture. My nephew was very happy with his gift.

Introduction:

• Getting a review from the customers is a very valuable thing for the hotel owner.
• It helps them to identify opportunities for improvement in all areas in their hotel.
• Here I am going to share about a review which I read about a product or service

Where you read this review?

• One fine day me and my family planned to have our dinner in a restaurant. As per our plan when we went for dinner we randomly visited a ABC pure veg-hotel which is located in chennai.
• There I read this review, but I think I read it too late.If I had seen it before, we wouldn’t have visited this restaurant.

 What the product or service was?

• This review was about the hotel food and service.
• This hotel has kept a complaint or suggestion box for the customer near the reception. They keep it as customers can write their suggestions or complaints while paying their bills. Before writing my review I randomly picked some papers and started reading it.
• It was very shocking for me while reading those reviews.

What information that review gave about the product or service?

• People have mentioned that the service was very bad.
• Quality and quantity of the food are not worth the money.
• Also they have given some complaints like they have found hair in the food and the price of the food is too heavy.

And explain what you did as a result of reading this review.

• Actually, i haven’t seen the review box before having our food. I have seen it only during paying the bill in the reception. 
• Because the food we had was very bad, they gave us pre-cooked food.
• We had found some worms in the chicken which they served.

Conclusion:

• It was my worst experience in a hotel. 
• The hotel was literally unhygienic. We found rat, dog house flies inside the hotel.

Introduction:
Customer reviews are very important to the company or product. It helps to improve the ranking of the product. Here I am going to share about a review which I read about a product or service

Where you read this review?
Few days back I had an idea to buy a skin care product from one of the famous brands. So I searched for it on their website and I read the review of the product.

What the product or service was?
  The product which I bought was Anti-Aging Serum from the brand 9SKIN. This product was introduced by one of the popular kollywood actresses Nayanthara. This product was launched in 2023. Even though it was a short period, this product has reached the top.

What information that review gave about the product or service?
  As it was a new product I started to read the review. So far people have mentioned this product as the best one. They got the best result in a few days and the flavor and texture of the product was really so good etc.

And explain what you did as a result of reading this review.
  After reading all the reviews I started ordering it, because I got the most positive review about the product and the product price was in the budget.

Conclusion: 
I think it was the best product I have ever ordered. Because it gave a super result for me even though I used it for a few days. It keeps my skin so moist and nourishing.

IELTS speaking part 3 - Describe a review you read about a product or service  follow up questions.

   In part 3 of the IELTS speaking test, the time limit for this part was 4-5 minutes. We have given some followup questions related to “Describe a review you read about a product or service”. It will help you to  grab good marks in major exams.

1. What kinds of things do people write online reviews about in your country?
    Just like in other countries, people would write online reviews about online stores products like dresses, cosmetics, electronic items etc and for the restaurants, hotels, tourism spots. 

2. Why do some people write online reviews?
  To express their opinion, emotions. To share their experience about the product or the company, it makes a better buying decision for other customers. 

3. Do you think that online reviews are good for both shoppers and companies?
 Yes, I think it is a positive thing for both the customers and companies. Because it helps customers to know about the product whether it is good or worth the money. The online reviews help companies to gain many new customers and to maintain the brand value for the product. 

4. What do you think it might be like to work in a customer service job?
  Without any doubt i can say it is a tough job to do. Because customer service is a job based on what kind of customers we are dealing with. Sometimes the customer will reply to our question or they keep their complaints as very polite but some may speak harshly. 

5. Do you agree that customers are more likely to complain nowadays?
Yes,  people are more likely to complain nowadays. They had many options to register their complaints. Most people have used social media to complain about the products. 

6. How important is it for companies to take all customer complaints seriously?
Customer complaints can be good for the business until they recorrect their mistakes. Complaints help the company to find where their products or services need improvement.
