Introduction

People complain when they receive subpar goods and services. Speaking for myself, I usually don't complain because I always try to feel comfortable no matter what.

What did you complain about?

My favourite brand and colour were among the many jackets the shop assistant showed me. After that, when I put it on, everything looked amazing. I left after paying the bill and went home. In addition to this, when I wore it once more at home to display it to my loved ones. We discovered a sizable stain at its back, much to my utter dismay. I ran to the shop as soon as possible and asked the clerk to replace it or give me a refund. In any case, he wasn't prepared to resolve my issue. Due to this, I was incredibly enraged in addition to feeling blue.

Who you complained to?

I then decided to speak with the store manager. He was truly kind; he listened to me patiently and assured me that my problem would be resolved as soon as possible. I received a call from the store the very next day with a solution for the product I had a problem with. I went to the store in the evening, and the clerk expressed her sincere regret for not working with me.

When it happened?

This happened to me when I went to shop the very next day of my graduation.

What was the result and why were you satisfied with the result?

I must admit that they were all very helpful in solving my problem, which made me feel relieved and content.

Conclusion

I asked him to fix this worn-out jacket. Later, he showed me a wide range of jackets. I picked one after carefully examining it. I was now ecstatic to have a perfect piece. Moreover, it was a perfect fit for me. I still own this jacket, and whenever I wear it on any occasion, my friends and family always compliment me.

After consulting with a dermatologist, I purchased this medicated powder after complaining about a product that claimed to stop the itching and rashes I had on my hand for a few months. Unfortunately, after using this product, my skin started peeling off, and despite feeling better, I had to get treatment to heal my sing, which was quite painful. Sincere to say, not all products perform as promised on the packaging.

Who you complained to?

I complained to the owner of the pharmacy where I purchased this product, and he suggested that I get in touch with the pharmaceutical company that is in charge of its manufacturing and distribution. When I contacted them, they didn't respond positively, nothing was done, and they didn't even return to my calls.

It occurred during the summer of last year, and I had a very bad experience.
