Introduction

Many times, people find themselves lost due to a lack of knowledge or unfamiliarity with certain places. This happened to me recently, and I want to share the details of the incident and how I managed to overcome it.

When and where did it happen?

Around one month ago, I organized a surprise trip for my nephew’s birthday in Pune, Maharashtra. I made all the essential preparations, including booking flight tickets and purchasing presents.

How did you feel when you were lost?

Everything was going well until I arrived in the city. When I started by car from the airport to my nephew's house, I realized that I had misplaced the precise address. At first, I thought I could figure it out somehow, but I ended up getting lost along the way.

I initially tried to ask for assistance from someone nearby, but because we couldn't understand each other due to language differences, it didn't work out. My uncle then gave the exact address to the taxi driver and I went home safely.
