Describe an unpopular opinion you hold or have Model answer 1

Introduction:
The views of a group or majority of people about something is called an opinion. Here I am going to share my unpopular opinion.

What it is?
The unpopular opinion I am going to talk about was how the financially rich people are escaping from the punishment, even if they do any serious criminal activity.

For how long you have this opinion in your mind.
I had this opinion from an incident, few years back a girl from a school committed suicide by jumping off her hostel building. The reason behind her suicide was one of her class teacher had beat her infront of other students during the class time.

Whether you have ever shared it with someone.
Yes, I have shared about this with my friends and family and their opinion was also the same as mine. We all have that one question, are the rules and regulations only for the below poverty and poverty people? Why were the financially rich people not punished even if they do any serious criminal activity?

Explain why you think this is an unpopular opinion.
This is an unpopular opinion because people were not ready to come forward to raise their voice. Yes, in this incident also people have raised their voice only for a few days after she died. Now it has completely vanished, no one has talked about this incident even though the case was running in the high court but we didn’t get justice for her.

Conclusion:
This is not only for her issue, many untold or vanished crime activities are there which are not taken as seriously.

Describe an unpopular opinion you hold or have Model answer 2

Introduction:

  • An unpopular opinion is a viewpoint that most people are likely to disagree with something.
  • Here I am going to share my unpopular opinion.

What it is?

  • Here I am going with the opinion which I had about the dowry system.
  • My opinion was that the government of our country should take severe action with the people or a community who were supporting or receiving the dowry.
  • A dowry is a property or money which is given by the bride’s family to the groom’s family during their wedding.

For how long you have this opinion in your mind.

  • I had this opinion from a few years back. One of my neighbors was affected by this dowry system. I was shocked that this kind of injustice is still happening.
  • She was asked for more dowry after her marriage, which her family can’t afford.
  • Her in-laws' family members hit her for insufficient dowry and she was pushed out from their home to her mother’s home.

Whether you have ever shared it with someone.

  • Yes, I have shared it with my family and neighbor.
  • It is not only my opinion, it is the unpopular opinion of many people.

Explain why you think this is an unpopular opinion.

  • The government has been taking it as seriously only at the time if anyone had filed a case, as they were affected with this dowry system.
  • Then it becomes common and they will not take it as a serious issue.
Many girls were affected with this dowry system from the early days to till the date.

Conclusion:

  • Though the government of a country has a separate section to punish the dowry receiver, they were not taking it as seriously as other issues like (theft, murder).

Describe an unpopular opinion you hold or have Model answer 3

Introduction:
A worker is a person who works in a particular job by receiving salary or wage as compensation for work. Here I am going to share my unpopular opinion about household servants.

What it is?
The unpopular opinion that I am going to talk about is Maids(household servant’s) issues. Well nowadays many people are IT employees or Non-IT employees and they don’t have much time to do  their household work so they are appointing a maid, not issuing sufficient wages. For example if a woman is working as a maid for the entire month(without leave)  she would be getting Rupees- 4000 as a salary. It is not sufficient for her to lead her life.

For how long you have this opinion in your mind.
At first I was not aware of this issue, a few days back I saw a debate show in one of the poplar Tv programs. In that show many of the maids have registered this as their major issue. Though people were getting lakhs of money as salary they will not be ready to give a sufficient salary to the workers they had.

Whether you have ever shared it with someone.
No, it is the first time that I am talking about this issue. Because as I mentioned above, only a few days back I came to know that these kinds of  issues are also there for a worker. If I would have heard it before, maybe I would have talked with someone else.

Explain why you think this is an unpopular opinion.
The first thing is that people were not ready to respect them or their work. They were not ready to hear their issues.

Conclusion
My opinion we should respect their work and we should think about them. If a government employee or an IT or non IT employee were getting their sufficient salary and also they were allotted 2 days (weekends) leave in a week. But the workers like maids, daily wagers were not getting any leave and their salaries were also insufficient to them.
