Introduction:
  E-mail (electronic mail) is a process of exchanging messages between people. Here I am going to share about the important email which I have received.

When you received it?
  Couple of days ago I went for an interview at XYZ company which is located in Tambaram. My interview was from 9 am to 5 pm. After I finished my interview I started to go home, while coming back to my home I received this mail.

Who sent it?
  This mail was sent by the HR of the ABC company  a week ago. I have attended an interview in this company, it is a manufacturing company in that I have attended the interview for the position of accountant.

What was this letter about?
  They have sent an offer letter in that mail. In that they have mentioned my joining date,  greetings and rules and regulation of the office.

Why is this letter so important to you?
  To be said, it was my aim to join that company. Because I have seen many of my relatives, cousins working with top rated companies in the IT field. While seeing them I felt like I had to work in those companies, for that i worked hard. So I felt it was important mail.

Conclusion:
  Most of them have a dream to work in the top rated companies. At that time if they get mail from the company, it gives them a kind of happiness.

Introduction:

• e-mail is important, it is free to access it, it helps to communicate with others and it allows people to contact you anytime. 
• Not only for the business purpose it can be used for many purposes.
• Here I am going to share about the important email which I have received.

When you received it?

• A month ago one fine evening while I was seeing TV, I heard a notification sound from my phone. 
• I thought it was a message notification and I left it carelessly. Then after some time I checked my phone. 
• It was a surprise for me because I received an email from one of my friend.

Who sent it?

• As I mentioned above this mail was sent by one of my friends, we both did our PG as together. She is from Kerala, She came to Chennai to do her PG.
• We had lots of fun filled memories and great days during our college days.

What was this letter about?

• The mail has a bunch of photos, which we both have taken during our college days.   
• It has up to 250 photos- our benchmarks (scratches which we did in the bench), our cultural day dance photos and some other photos.

Why is this letter so important to you?

• I was asking her to send these photos, because a few days ago I changed my mobile phone.
• At that time unfortunately all those photos were automatically deleted.

Conclusion

• The days which we spent together are most beautiful and memorable. 
• Looking at those photos will give me the memories of those days.

Introduction:
  Email is an important part of transacting messages online, it helps to send family updates, business information, meetings updates, invitations etc. here i am going to share about the important email that i have received. 

When you received it?
  Few days back while I was traveling to my grandparents' home,  I got a magazine in the bus which I was traveling on. While reading the magazine I saw the advertisement about the conference meeting (about the startup business motivation and process) with the most popular person who achieved success in the startup business. It was conducted by one of the best startup business management. In that they mentioned that whoever wants to participate in the meeting they sent mail to the given mail ID, so i have sent mail to the given mail id. And a couple days ago I received the reply mail from the team.  

Who sent it?
  This mail was sent by the organizer of the meeting. He was also an achiever in startup business, first he started his startup business (car wash service) with 2 laborers now he has up to 3 car wash service centers with many laborers.  

What was this letter about?
  In that email they have mentioned an invitation card, congrats, agenda and some instructions like when I should be there, dress code, food and beverage arrangements etc. 

Why is this letter so important to you?
  My aim was to be an entrepreneur and he was the role model for me. I have seen many magazines about him which are about his achievements. When I saw that advertisement in which they mentioned the conference meeting with him, without any hesitation I mailed the organization. Also it was my long time dream to meet him to have his guidance and to hear his suggestions. 

Conclusion:
In the end, the wait is over and it was a year's dream to meet him. I learned many things from that conference and he cleared many of my doubts.
