Introduction:
  A shopping center is also called a shopping complex, it is a group of shops built together in one place or under one roof. Here I am going to share about the shopping center which I often go to.

Where is the shopping center?
The shopping center which I often go to was located out of town from the city where I live. The name of the shopping center was “Reliance smart”. It is a one-stop shopping center with various products with different brands.

How often do you go there?
  I used to go to this shopping center once a month to buy groceries and other home appliances. Sometimes I may go twice in a month but it depends on my needs.

What does it look like?
This shopping center has different products: fresh dairy products, bakery stuffs, home and personal care products, smart appliances and apparels under one roof. It also has a huge parking area and food court.

Why do you often go to this shopping center?
  It is the only huge shopping center which is near to the place where I live and it is very comfortable for me to buy all my needs under one roof.

Conclusion:
  Most of the time I go to this shopping center only because of the food court. It has vast varieties of foods like south Indian food, North Indian food and also American food.

Introduction:

• A shopping center is a collection of independent retail stores, services and parking areas conceived and maintained by a management firm as a unit. 
• Here I am going to share about the shopping center which I often go to. 

Where is the shopping center?

• The shopping center which I used to go often is “Spencer plaza”. It is located in chennai. 
• It is the oldest shopping mall in chennai, also it is India's first mall with more than 400 shops.
• Now this shopping mall has 700 shops that draw more than 22,000 visitors there each day.

How often do you go there?

• I used to go to this shopping center every month, occasionally I used to go once a week.

What does it look like?

• It is an eight-storey shopping-cum-office complex.
• It is characterized by its attractive red-brick exterior, arched windows and a central clock tower.  
• The structure has a combination of colonial and Indo-Saracenic architectural styles.

Why do you often go to this shopping center?

• My profession is a makeup artist, so I used to visit one of the cosmetic stores(sephora) in this shopping center to buy updated products and my go to products.

Conclusion:

• Not only for shopping it is a nice place to hangout with friends, and to cool off some leisure time.

Introduction:
A shopping center is defined as one or more buildings forming a complex of shops with interconnected walkways that enable visitors to walk from one unit to another. Here I am going to share about the shopping center which I often go to.

Where is the shopping center?
  The shopping center which I often visit was High street phoenix, formerly known as phoenix Mall. It is located in Velachery chennai. It is the 2nd largest shopping mall in the city, also it was the fourth largest mall in India in 2018.

How often do you go there?
 I usually go there once every two months with friends. We usually go there to hangout and sometimes we do some shopping like buying clothes, beauty supplies and accessories.

What does it look like?
 The mall has about 250 stores spread over about 1 million sq.ft space. The major highlights of this mall are the Luxe cinemas and Imax theater. There are plenty of play activities for children. Also there are a lot of live shows, events, musics and show performances happening at the central atrium from time to time.   

Why do you often go to this shopping center?
  My friends and I used to meet once every two months. We prefer to go to places which offer convenience and entertainment. We find this mall as a perfect place because they have theaters, a play area, a shopping area, and food under one roof. 

Conclusion:
  Apart from all this it is the only shopping center that is located near to the place where we live. It is easier and more convenient than other places.

Introduction:

• A shopping center is a specially built covered area with shops, gaming zones and restaurants.
• Here I am going to share about the shopping center which I often go to.

Where is the shopping center?

• I often go to Vivira shopping mall, which is located in the outskirts of Chennai.
• Vivira Mall in Chennai is a sprawling hub for entertainment, culinary delights and premium brand shopping.

How often do you go there?

• Once a month I used to go there alone.
• I love to go shopping alone, everytime I prefer to go shopping alone but sometimes I take one of my friends along with me.

What does it look like?

• Vivira mall is featuring a wide range of stores, from fresh produce and essential home products to clothes.
• It  showcases an array of local and international brands with more than 50 plus shops.

Why do you often go to this shopping center?

• I usually go there during the weekend at evening time because it provides a satisfying and safe shopping and leisure experience.
• Also I love to visit one of the cafes in the mall called “Writer's cafe”.

Conclusion:

• We can also find 7D theaters with good seating facilities.
• It gives a cutting-edge video entertainment adventure with special effects and AGS cinemas with multiplex boasts the latest technologies. 

IELTS speaking part 3 - Describe shopping center you often go to follow up questions.

   In part 3 of the IELTS speaking test, the given time limit for this section was 4-5 minutes. We have given some followup questions related to “Describe shopping center you often go to”. It will help you for your major exams.

1.Will smaller shops survive in the current business system?
    It is a bit difficult to survive in smaller shops because nowadays we can find many supermarkets in all areas. Also, people prefer online shopping. These two shopping platforms are providing a huge variety of products at a cheaper rate, so people were preferring these two shopping platforms than small shops.
  
2. What are the characteristics of shopping malls and smaller shops and their difference?
  A shopping mall is a large, enclosed building which has a wide range of shops, entertainment zones and restaurants. They are expensive as there are many branded stores in malls. Small shops are single small sized stores that sell a limited number of items.   

3. What is the trend for future shopping centres, in your opinion?
  I think in the future we will see huge changes in the shopping center, like people can do get home delivery from the shops(cloth shops, grocery shops) in mall, we can see few transport facilities inside the mall for older people and for pregnant women 

4. Talk about Internet shopping
    Online shopping is a form of electronic commerce which allows consumers to directly buy goods and services from a seller over the internet using a web browser. Online shopping attracts many people because it has huge advantages especially for office workers.
