In the IELTS speaking cue card section the examiner will provide you with a task card, more commonly known as an IELTS cue card, outlining a specific topic on which candidates must speak. Daily schedule helps you stay organized and eliminates distractions, also it reduces the risk of forgetting any important work. Here I am going to share about what I do before I start doing my work or study.
What is it?
Making a timetable is the important thing which I do before starting to study. My mother had once told me that scheduling timetables will help you to be organized. Also she said that a good time table plan for study helps in keeping a perfect study routine and maximizes productivity. A student with a perfect timetable would organize his/her everyday tasks or activities easily and be stress free. It also builds necessary skills like planning, time management and discipline in them.
When did you apply it?
Everyday before going to study I prepare a timetable. The steps I follow to prepare a timetable is first I fix my current academic schedule. Also I’ll make sure that they are short term goals, allocate a time for each subject with a deadline.
How has it helped you?
It truly helped me to achieve my current academic goals easily. Scheduling timetable helps me to manage my time and helps me to be productive during my study hours. By having a clear plan of what I need to study and when, it reduces my stress and anxiety.
How do you feel when you do it?
I think I made the right decision by making a timetable before my study hours. Because it helps me to focus 100% in my studies. Organizing my study session has helped me to cover all the subjects at the right time without feeling overwhelmed.

According to older individuals, our health is one of the most crucial aspects of our lives and is often regarded as our most valuable possession. Here I am going to share about what I do before I start doing my work or study.
What is it?
Studies indicate that engaging in a brisk walk can have a remarkable impact on our ability to concentrate. Additionally it promotes improved blood flow to the brain, delivering vital nutrients and oxygen, ultimately leading to heightened focus and increased productivity. This approach has proven effective, as I personally experienced when I go for walks, as it not only enhances my well-being and reduces stress but also enhances my mental capacity to concentrate on tasks more effectively.
When did you apply it?
Walking is the first thing I do in the morning. I go for a walk everyday early in the morning from 5 am to 6 am, in a park. It keeps my day bright and fresh. It also helps me to be productive and active for the whole day.

Having a good walk helped me by enhancing concentration and cognitive function, leading to improved problem-solving skills and increased productivity.

Mediation for studying is a healthy way to calm your mind to help you to focus on your studies. Here I am going to share about my experience when I do meditation, how it helps me and how I felt about doing this.
What is it?
Meditation is a technique that involves using both mental and physical methods to either concentrate or clear your mind. There are different types of meditation that can be chosen depending on your goals, such as relaxation, reducing anxiety and stress, and more. Personally, I regularly practice concentrative meditation, which involves focusing on a specific point like a word, breath, or object. The purpose of this type of meditation is to redirect my attention to that point, preventing my mind from wandering.
When did you apply it?
Usually I meditate in the early morning around 5 am to 6 am, on the balcony of my room. Because during that time the atmosphere seems more peaceful with the sound of nature. Meditation helps me declutter my thoughts and it sharpens my concentration.
How has it helped you?
Concentration meditation has trained my mind to remain unfazed by external noise, enhancing my capacity to concentrate in studies even in disruptive environments. Also it sharpens my ability to maintain focus over extended periods, this brings better performance in my daily tasks and activities.
Explain how you feel when you do it.
As personally I felt that mediation is also one of the reasons for my success in studies. Because it helped me to focus and concentrate on my studies. Also it sharpens my ability to absorb and retain information from the books.
Conclusion
Daily practice of mediation helps me to improve my memory, and it also develops my confidence level. It makes me emotionally and mentally strong and it builds the courage to speak in public and announce.

Introduction:
Yoga is an ancient practice that involves physical poses, concentration and deep breathing. Here I am going to share my experience about how yoga has helped me
What is it?
Daily practice of yoga will encourage your mind to one-pointed focus, this strengthens the ability to focus better. It also helps me in reducing stress, anxiety and depression and focus in my studies. There are some yoga poses which I do regularly to improve my focus and concentration in my study.
When did you apply it?
Everyday I do yoga in the early morning before I head to start my work, which is followed by my shower. It will take approximately 1 hour for my yoga session. In the beginning I went for a yoga class to learn, later I started doing it on my own in my home.
How has it helped you?
Practicing balancing yoga asanas such as the Padahastasana, Tree pose, Eagle pose, Warrior 3 and Dancer’s pose are the most effective in improving focus and concentration. It energizes the nervous system and increases blood flow to the brain and improves concentration and memory power.

Daily practice of yoga helps me in creating mental clarity and calmness, increases body awareness, relaxes the mind, improves focus and sharpens concentration.

Because people who work in their occupations have to face various situations each day that require waiting for events to occur or giving positive reactions during challenging situations.
