Model Sample Answer 1 Band 8 - At present time the population of some countries includes a relatively large number of young adults, compared with the number of older people. Do the advantages of this situation outweigh the disadvantages?

In many countries, the proportion of the younger generation is increasing more and more than the older age–group. I believe there are more advantages to this than its drawbacks and my views regarding this are discussed below.

To begin,  as the young generation is surging, employment in the work which requires strength would increase, which would automatically enlarge the advancement of a particular country. Furthermore, the Young generation has a creative mind and more high-yielding than the older generation which will ultimately help in the development of the industry and bring out innovative creations to the world. For example, in developed nations like Australia, Canada, etc employees are in their late 25s only so they can work for the company for more than two decades over there and are able to give a great advantage to the respective nation.

On the other hand, as there would be more youngsters then the competition among them would increase and will ultimately cause unemployment for the deserved candidate and it may change his mind and he can do bad things in his life. Besides this, as the population of the old generation is diminishing, the rituals of the family and country will not be followed and the tradition of a particular country will be forgotten by the new generation.

To conclude, although the development of the country and creativity in the country will increase by the newcomers the disadvantages would also be there it as in, the competition among the new jobs will increase and also the new generation will not follow the old tradition which is followed by their ancestors.

Currently, there are more youngsters in the whole world than elderly people. I reckon that there are more drawbacks of this ongoing thing than its benefits, as the awareness that the old generation has will not be complemented by the new generation.

Scrutinizing the disadvantages first, in countries like India, the old generations are contemplated as the idol of the family and the accomplishment provided by the old generation of the family is indispensable for the new generation also they give knowledge of the world. In addition to that, elders have more experience, perception, talents, and prior knowledge on the subject. For example, the old worker who has been employed by one company for 10 years will definitely have a better recommendation about the problem than the newcomers by his experience and knowledge of the instruments used in that situation.

Coming to the advantages, having more young people is also advantageous as they would be able to work more than old workers due to their more physical strength and fresh mind regarding the workplace. Furthermore, the foreign industries would invest and make their network in a country where the younger population is more as they would get more young employees from that country which will indirectly be beneficial for the nation as the foreign exchange would have surged and the GDP of the country will also increase.

In conclusion, although the foreign companies will invest in a country where younger people are more but, the experience which is there with the old people cannot be matched

In many countries, the old generations are diminishing as compared to the new generations. This has related advantages in many areas and I personally think there will be fewer disadvantages.

Coming to advantages first, the younger generation will have more knowledge of the new machinery used in the world as they are taught about that technology in college and may be able to familiarize themselves with the new technology more efficiently and faster than the old generation. For instance, if a worker who is working in an institution where new technology is introduced then he would face difficulty in memorizing its function but the new employees would be able to work more efficiently as he would have knowledge of it. A large number of young people means that the country has a large number of human resources, which can help in the economic development of a country. As a result, governments can collect large amounts of taxes, which can be used for the country's infrastructure and will also increase tourist attraction from other countries.

Coming to disadvantages, as the young generation will be more the strain on the education system will be more and more which will result in decrease in quality education in the countries. As the burden on the schools will increase they will not be able to give their personal attention to every child in the school. 

To conclude, as knowledge of the new instruments would be there in the younger generation than elderly people, they would be able to give more contribution to the nation but, burden on the education system would also increase.

Nowadays, several countries face the difficulty of being bountiful. There's little question that all-age teams are indispensable to creating the state. Some folks were in conflict. The accumulated youth population is simpler than the older folks. I think that there are a lot more blessings on  the youth population than its drawbacks.
On the one hand, there are some advantages for older adults. In terms of operating fields, older people are more likely to be knowledgeable and better at performing minor tasks. Also, they need less propensity to create changes. So, we'll be observing a lot of succored systems. Within the case of family, the older folks have a lot of free time than the younger ones. Hence, diversion and gathering are a lot probable and their families would have a lot of leisure activities.
On the other hand, there are a variety of benefits for the young population. These we will investigate in terms of proficiency and life aspects. Younger workers are always more active than older ones. Furthermore, they require additional crucifixion and time to effect change and pursue their dreams. For young employees, it is possible to realize higher results. Additionally, their mind is fresh and ready to just accept new ideas and representation. Therefore, they're additionally compatible with other teenagers, relations, and youngsters. Also, being well up on in new technology would be helpful for relationships and improvement in families and corporations severally. 
In conclusion, while not age-barriers, all humans are a lot more valuable, whereas each single person has contributed their strength to the country's economy and development.
