In many countries, the amount of crime is increasing. What do you think are the main causes of crime? How can we deal with those causes?

Model Sample Answer 1 Band 8 - In many countries, the amount of crime is increasing. What do you think are the main causes of crime? How can we deal with those causes?

    The increase in crime causes many issues among the society. Most of the crime activities were increasing due to poverty and unemployment, people were finding ways to earn money, they did not consider whether it is legal or illegal activities. Poverty is not only the reason for crime, also there are many reasons for the crime activities. 

In this busy world we are all running in search of money by doing some activities, but when a person is below the poverty line, they decide to do any activity to earn money, even they know it is an illegal activity, but in that situation when they are paid for criminal activities, they do not hesitate to do it. This is because they need cash to survive in society. 

According to data collected by the National Crime Records Bureau, theft is the most common crime in India. If we talk about crime, the first crime that comes to mind is theft, we say that it is just a small crime, but it is the first step to commit many other crimes. Theft like robbing, stealing from others homes. The wealth inequality between poor and rice causes society to become involved in crime. 

 If we ask any criminal who steals other things, the first reason they give is the need for money. To avoid these activities, first our nation should take steps to control the below poverty line. Government should give free education to each and every child and also should help to get employment opportunities for them.

Model Sample Answer 2 Band 7.5 - In many countries, the amount of crime is increasing. What do you think are the main causes of crime? How can we deal with those causes?

We all know that crime and criminals are very dangerous to our society, and it is very hard to say that crime activities are also increasing much in many countries. Yes we should not predict each and every minute the crime was happening in any corner of any country. But here I am going to write about the causes and solution of the crime, which is my knowledge. 

There are different kinds of crime like personal crimes, property crimes, hate crimes, white collar crimes, etc. here i am going to write about the personal crimes that refers to the crimes which happen against an individual. They include murder, rape, robbery and other such violent acts. If the particular person has any vengeance against another individual then it turns into crime activities, for illustration, if a family has any problem with another family from the inheritance, then they were doing crime acts like murder, kidnapping. Or if a guy as affair with a girl if she rejects it then he took some crime act like rape, pouring acids etc. like this many personal crimes were happening. They were starting it but fighting and later it turned into big crimes, even the government was taking some measures to prevent the crimes but it did not give an effective result.

In conclusion, though the issue of crime is not controllable, then governments should take the duty to solve these issues by implementing extreme punishments, with these actions they should not think about the same crime act.

Model Sample Answer 3 Band 7 - In many countries, the amount of crime is increasing. What do you think are the main causes of crime? How can we deal with those causes?

As the world is developing with other good activities, crime activities are also increasing equally. Yes, there are many crime activities happening in our world, now I am going to write about one of the crime activities which happened frequently a few years ago. Many of us were aware of those cases which happen in our own nation. 

Women harassment, as I said above, harassment was held frequently like 2 months once a week once in different places in the same country. Not only had the women been harassed, they even harassed a 10-year-old child, a 25-year-old adult and a 60-year-old woman. The above said age categorized harassment was held within a few months. The worst behavior that I heard about this harassment was, the criminals harassed a girl in a running bus at the heart of our nation. This incident happened a long time ago and still justice was not given to that girl. Also, a 6 month before we all heard a school girl was harassed and murder by the crime in a school.

Parent should teach their children, if a boy child teach him how to respect a girl or others, or if it is girl teach her a self-defense, apart from all these the law should be very strict if the harassment was held by the a person then the criminal should be punished severely in front of the all, then only other upcoming criminal will can to know how the punishment will be give if they did the same.

Model Sample Answer 4 Band 6.5 - In many countries, the amount of crime is increasing. What do you think are the main causes of crime? How can we deal with those causes?

  Nowadays in many countries the criminal activities were increasing due to many reasons, people were causing trouble and fear across the world. There are many crime activities being held in this world, one of those is Drugs, it makes people get addicted to it. In such a situation it makes them go to any extent procure. The first and foremost reason for these crime activities are poor laws. We thought that crime activities are held only because of poverty and need of money, but the person who is wealthy is also attempting the crime activities with power of his or her wealth. 

For an illustration, nowadays teenagers of the nation were also consuming drugs, to be said, apart from consuming youngsters were coming forward to sell it to their friends circles, even the school students were starting to consume it.  Like these crime activities were happening in most of the countries, because of the poor laws. Youngsters were not aware of the punishments for criminal activities, also they were not aware of the future result of the crime, they just saw the benefits that they get from the crime. Consumption of drugs is a crime, but after consuming drugs they were attempting many other crime activities.

First of all the laws of the nation should be very strict, they have to punish the criminals severely, also if consuming alcohol is a legal activity then they should permit it only for an occasion and should strictly ban it to the youngsters,they should consume it on any occasion. Because they are the future of our nation.
