Today, everything is dangling on mobile phones, which are a modern form of communication and are advantageous to our way of life. For instance, gadgets are being used to remotely control smart home appliances from anywhere in the world. In addition, the cell phone can be utilised to improve one's fitness through the use of applications that replace the need for a trainer throughout certain fitness routines. Alternatively, they may engage with other foreigners and learn about various cultures and history.

However, some people believe mobile phones have downsides. Numerous scientific studies indicate that mobile phones emit radiation that may have negative effects on the human brain. In other words, cell phones can negatively impact our health. In addition, the fact that children play mobile games and do not exercise is detrimental to their health.
