Model Sample Answer 1 Band 8 - Should wealthy nations be required to share their wealth among poorer nations by providing such things as food and education? Or is it the responsibility of the governments of poorer nations to look after their citizens themselves?

     A nation can be divided into two categories as rich citizens and poor citizens in a society. The government has the responsibility to look after their poorer citizens by providing some basic facilities by sharing their wealth among the nation. By providing food, education and other basic facilities. 

    If in a nation there are XXX numbers of population, then each and every person has their rights to get all the basic needs and basic facilities like schooling, good food etc,  but in some nation’s most of the poorer peoples were not letting their children to schooling because of insufficient wealth. Not only the education also they were affected by child labour, effects on health and effects on society, hunger and malnutrition. Not only the above effects, there are so many untold effects on them. For example, according to the Global Multidimensional Poverty Index 2022 the poverty rate of India was 16 percent. 

     Government should help all the community people. It should not cause many dissimilarities among their citizens. Also the Government should look after all the activities done by the intermediaries while providing all the schemes and facilities to people in their nation. Still many poor people were not getting their allowance and other facilities which are provided by the government.  Because of various reasons, and sometimes it happen by the fraudulent activities done by the intermediaries  

 In conclusion, if the nation wants to be a wealthy and developed one, then it’s all in the government's hands. It should take care of all the community people in the society.

With a few examples.  We can easily count the number of developed nations among 195 countries. Few rich countries can help other poor countries by providing required basic needs. 
 
  Well-developed countries are supposed to help the poor nation with funds and charity in situations like natural disasters, with education and other basic needs like exporting foods, medical, clothing, and financial aid.  If inequality will increase then the poor nations will become poorer and rich countries will become richer. 

  India received foreign aid from various nations and international organizations, for example,  India has often also offered to help Pakistan during Manmohan singh’s period, it has sent aid to the country in2010 after a similar flood, and also accepted aid after the Gujarat earthquake during prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s period.  And Russia is the largest supplier of military equipment to India. 

 We all know that in 2020 most countries were affected with Covid many countries were in need of medicine, oxygens. During that period  India emerged as the pharmacy of the world, under prime minister Narendra Modi’s leadership. The supply of medicines and vaccines to other countries. Like these incidents we can say many incidents as a sample for sharing wealth among other countries.

In conclusion, leaders of the countries should come forward to help other countries, not only during natural disasters. Also to other basic needs like education, medicine, foods etc.

Because each country should come forward to help other nations.  Every country has its own strengths, Russia is best in army,  UK is best in medicine etc. The below given essay dealing with sharing wealth with other nation(India) 
  
If a country has strength in one thing then it can aid their strength to other countries. Education is one of the most powerful instruments for reducing poverty and inequality among the nation. Also it helps to enhance the global economy level. India and the United Kingdom have demonstrated the resolve to strengthen their educational collaboration. These two countries agreed to engagement in the field of education and research on mutual recognition. This deal has helped so many students in India to enhance their knowledge. The education system of India ranks 33 in the world. The quality of education rated as 59.1.  
These are a few examples, there are many wealth shares that have been shared between India and other countries. Over the fw years India has helped its neighboring countries named as Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal and Sri lanka. The total developmental assistance to the six countries amounted to Rs 21,101.52 crore.
In conclusion, supporting other poor countries to make their life better will reflect on your good and better life. A nation should share their wealth not only domestically, they should share also with internationally. It will lead to good relations with other countries.

Sharing wealth with other nations is secondary. First, the nation should take care of their own citizens. There are so many people living in their nation below the poverty line. Here this essay was about the sharing of wealth among their own nation. 

We could not say that everyone in the nation is above the poverty line. There so many dissimilarities were happening among the people, in the same nation. Also the government of the nation, first should take care of the citizens like providing basic needs and their day to day wants. But some nations were spending their wealth by constructing unnecessary memorials to the past leaders.  

Still there are so many hidden children who still do not get help for education, food and many things. Even people were living on the roadside, because of the homeless.  Only with good wealth, a Nation can not become wealthy.  It should be perfect in everything like good education, people with basic needs etc. yes, a Nation could not satisfy all the needs of the people, but it can help them with basic requirements. 

Also if a nation was good at everything, people won’t migrate to other countries to earn or for education. Migrating to other countries by people may help that country to enhance their  global economy level. 

In conclusion, First, a nation should stop spending their wealth unnecessarily.  Look after their citizens' requirements and take steps to satisfy it, also take measures to develop the nation with other things with helps to develop the nation.
