People are getting more workaholic and spending less time with their families in recent years. It is suggested that many organisations like to maintain contact with their staff beyond business hours and during vacations. The benefits of this belief surpass the drawbacks, and it will be discussed further. 

To embark with, professionalism is essential for the growth of any business from the outset. Since people sign the contract with any company, they are fully aware about their responsibilities. In the event of a business emergency, it is vital to reach staff outside of normal business hours. If a team member is unavailable, for instance, it is crucial to contact them and request information. Hence, it is well worth the effort to contact workers who are on vacation after office hours.

Furthermore, there are a great number of ongoing initiatives in businesses. In addition, if issues arise, it is necessary to check in on projects. Whenever a project manager discovers questions or faults in a project during the week or on the weekend, it is imperative that they alert their team and request assistance with the issue. Thus, business professionals should also communicate with their staff during their time off.

However, I would not disregard the fact that spending time with family is as important as working. Additionally, when individuals spend the holidays with their families, they experience greater mental tranquillity and joy. Although there may be some important office work, contacting employees while they are on break disturbs their personal life. Hence, employers must maintain their happiness and vitality even in their working lives.

To conclude, although family and holidays are important, it is always good to stay in touch with the employee colleagues outside business hours for the company’s well being and also to solve any work related emergency issues.

Nowadays, communication is increasingly important for workers to do a better job. Some employers want to communicate with their staff while they are on vacation. The advantages of this approach surpass the disadvantages, and my preference will be discussed in the upcoming paragraph. 

To begin with, they are managing several clients and projects. Also, workers must submit their work on schedule. As businesses have the potential for growth, they must ensure that their clientele is pleased with their services. As an example, investors are continually seeking returns and entrusting their initiatives to reputable organisations. So, in order to retain their reputation, businesses must maintain contact with their staff outside of business hours in case any emergency occurs. 

In addition, work-related situations might arise at any moment. If someone is working on the medical element, it is more important to contact them after shifts have ended. In addition, doctors have a responsibility to save lives at all times, regardless of the shift they work; if there is an emergency, they must report to the hospital. Hence, phoning outside of business hours is required.

Yet, despite the advantages, workers would not be able to maintain a healthy work-life balance after adhering to these regulations. In addition, after working continuously for 7 to 9 hours, individuals need some mental break to relax their minds. Spending time with family brings them happiness and relaxation.

To conclude, despite the fact that people should maintain a work-life balance, their responsibility should be their first priority, regardless of whether they work in a company or a hospital, and they should contact their staff outside of business hours.

It has been hypothesised that many businesses value keeping in touch with employees even when they are on holidays. The advantages of this approach outweigh its disadvantages, which will be discussed further.

To begin with, big companies always maintain their curriculum. Since companies make their reputation in the market, they always run out of time. In addition, they must schedule some after-hours meetings to discuss the project with the rest of the team in order to make the necessary decisions to move a project forward. For instance, according to a survey, the majority of individuals attend office and client meetings while being on vacation with their families. 

Furthermore, if an emergency scenario arises or if they want faculty assistance, they may quickly call them. All organisations can discover the answer to a given issue with a single meeting. Each emergency scenario may be handled without difficulty. In order to resolve the issue and problem, it is important to reach their personnel outside of normal business hours.

However, I would not ignore the reality that job pressure may cause individuals to experience anxiety; as a result, they are unable to maintain a balanced professional and personal life. In addition, as a result of increasing job pressure, the employee was constantly called by a coworker, even when on vacation. Hence, individuals would be unable to engage in leisure activities such as sports or exercise, resulting in physical and mental health problems.

To conclude, personal life and health are also desirable; nevertheless, it is more advantageous for workers to maintain touch with their employer in order to resolve any project-related challenges and faults.

Nowadays, handling professional and personal life is becoming a debatable topic to discuss. It is argued that companies should contact their employees while they are on holidays. I believe that the benefits of this concept surpass the drawbacks of it, which will be explained further.

To begin with, there are many Global companies which are dealing with international clients. Moreover, there is a huge difference between the timings of different countries; as a result, employers should manage their work beyond their working hours in case of emergencies. For instance, according to a survey, the majority of international employees attend their meetings at midnight or on their vacation period. Thus, to perform relevant duties, companies should contact their employees.

Furthermore, several businesses required instant communication between employees and their clients. If companies’ employees have to manage their agent even though they are on holidays as they are connected with their companies’ reputation and their career as well. Hence, to perform better in their work life and to maintain their relation with the clients, companies should contact their employees.

However, I would not disregard the fact that if they keep working after the working hours, then employees lose their free time, which will affect them in the form of work motivation. 
Moreover, they would not be able to spend enough time with their family and it would disturb their work-life balance. 

To conclude, although family time is important, professional life is advantageous as it is more important to deal with clients even after working hours to preserve companies’ reputation and make their careers better.
