In recent times there has been an ongoing debate regarding the migration of the professional workforce to other countries. Some people believe that medical and engineering professionals have to serve the country, from where they did their training while others argue that must have the freedom to choose where to work. In this essay, I will explain both viewpoints and my support is for the latter one.

Some argue that it's the responsibility of professionals to serve their own country, as migrating can lead to brain drain and cultural challenges. Additionally, it is said that they may face cultural shock in host countries that will consequently trouble them in fulfilling their dreams. For instance, Gulf countries offer attractive job opportunities with good incentives to retain their citizens in their country. Therefore, providing promising job prospects can encourage skilled workers to remain and contribute to their homeland's development.

On the other hand, Opponents argue that individuals of any profession have the right to choose where they work and live. When professionals like medical practitioners and civil engineers face poor labor conditions in their home countries, they seek better opportunities globally. For instance, in places like Egypt, where healthcare and infrastructure are lacking, many migrate. This shows that unfavorable conditions not only cause brain drain but also cause citizens to suffer.

In conclusion, despite some advocating for mandatory work in countries where professionals are trained, I firmly support their right to seek better opportunities elsewhere. This approach will alleviate the shortage of skilled professionals in numerous countries.

This essay will explain both perspectives and examine them in the context of discussion, alongside my personal stance on the matter.

In certain communities, it's firmly believed that professionals who undergo training locally should work for domestic companies to repay the investment made in their education. This viewpoint is based on the fact that such training often utilizes taxpayer-funded resources. Departing the country after being benefitted from these resources may be viewed as wasteful and exploitative. For example, many medical students train in foreign countries, which were constructed using local tax allocations. However, despite this investment, the majority of students return home after completing their studies, which may be seen as ineffective in terms of investment and funding.

While it may seem logical to mandate students to work in the countries they underwent study training, many argue that such actions restrict freedom of choice and universal human rights. This perspective is supported by the potential benefits of mutual cooperation within international societies. For instance, many doctors complete foreign training programs, acquire crucial knowledge and experience and then utilize it in tough situations like the COVID-19 pandemic to save the world. This educational mobility has contributed to enhancing overall public health in affected countries and establishing a framework for pandemic response.

In conclusion, while some argue that employing individuals with technical skills in the countries where they were trained, this way will restrict basic human rights and hinder global development. Therefore, I believe that offering free choices is preferable, as it encourages professionals to be more open and cooperative.

Experts worldwide seek work opportunities in diverse areas to gain exposure to various knowledge and facilities that are not available in their home countries. Despite education being cheaper in Pakistan compared to other countries, people prefer to move to Europe due to essential needs.

In conclusion, regarding the ongoing debate that revolves around whether individuals should prioritize working for their homeland first or have the freedom to choose otherwise. I fully support the notion of granting individuals this freedom to progress in their careers.

For instance, in Rudehen, the city's scenery has improved following a decrease in its population.

In conclusion, though immigration of high-class citizens from their host country has negative effects like a lack of labor forces, and well-educated people, however, its positive impacts like less crowd and population in the city can easily dominate its obstacles.
