Many people believe that regardless of their age or cultural background, everyone can find common ground in music. It's something I'd fully support happening. I firmly agree with such an occurrence. My preference is justified further.

The first and foremost reason for my decision is that, It's undeniable that music has the power to break down barriers of language, culture, and geography. Live Aid performances in the 1980s are a prime illustration of this because they were seen by people all around the world thanks to broadcasting. With the goal of helping with famine assistance in Ethiopia, two live events were staged at the same time, one in the United Kingdom and one in the United States. Countless people throughout the world witnessed the concerts, and they undoubtedly helped raise awareness of the starvation in other parts of the world. 

In addition to this, individuals of a wide variety of racial and cultural origins can be brought together via the common language of music. Some believe that music crosses cultural boundaries and bridges generational differences. Although I believe they exaggerate the role of music in bridging age divides, I am convinced that music is a valuable tool for bringing individuals from different cultures together.

To begin with, music does not effectively bridge generational divides. According to empirical study, the majority of people favour songs from their formative years and usually despise the current musical trend. This is because each era has its own musical trend that profoundly shapes a distinct paradigm of thought, and people have a tendency to associate specific songs and artists with a specific period of their lives. There is a member of our family present to substantiate the same. My father prefers The Beatles' and Scorpions' serious lyrics, whilst I adore Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift's music. Regardless, music has evolved into a universal language that unites people of various cultures, races, religions, and creeds. That is, music can serve as a cultural emotional centre, reflecting universal sentiments. Scorpions' Wind of Change is a great example. To begin with, even if there are differences between people of different cultures and customs, music is the only source that binds people together. The best songs have a comparable appealing influence on listeners of all ages due to their distinctive song rhythms, melodies, and magnificent singing voices. This tendency is to blame for the popularity of reality television singing competitions like "The X Factor" and "The Voice."
