With the recent statistics highlighted by scholars around the world, it has been suggested to us that there will be a shortage of fossil fuels in a few years. I completely bolster the opinion that finding the best alternative source must be the global priority.

The usage of energy in this ever-developing world is not likely to reduce, but the source from which this energy is drawn can be changed. At the Glasgow global summit, almost all world leaders mentioned that fossil fuels will end by the year 2050, if we do not start finding an alternative aggressively from now we will have to face a huge problem in the coming years as the regeneration of fossil fuels on an average takes more than thousands of years.

Moreover, the amount of pollution has sky-rocketed. Cities like Delhi have an air quality index of 400, this is due to the current usage of fossil fuels. Humans are increasing their carbon footprints daily as well. If such activities are not brought to a halt our earth would not be a livable place in a few years. The exponential increase in pollution will have a detrimental effect on our health as well.

However, we know that there are a lot of issues that we need to address before we pour all our attention into finding alternatives. The current Ukraine-Russia war has brought the global peace issue into the limelight. If we find alternatives to fossil fuels without tackling such a problem we will only put more fuel on the fire. 

To sum up, it is evident that fossil fuel is a critical issue that needs to be immediately addressed by the whole world due to the shortage of fossil fuels.

Global warming is a major issue, for which the increased use of fossil fuels is to be blamed. Many perceive that rather than just feeling sad about this issue, the world should prioritize developing other ways to produce energy. I have a similar opinion, my preference is elaborated further.

According to recent reports in the Washington Post, the temperature of our planet is increasing by 4 degrees each year. With these numbers, the volume of the ocean will immensely increase, thus, reducing the mass of land. This problem should be the priority of the world as no one can do it single-handedly. Moreover, there are many nations that are not capable of inventing alternatives. In this case, other countries should put in efforts to tackle this situation cumulatively. 

Furthermore, we need to comprehend the fact that fossil fuels are non-renewable sources. I would like to put forth the fact that usage of fossil fuels has caused a shift in tectonic plates. The mass extraction of fuels has emptied the reservoirs. This space can sooner or later cause some calamities like earth-quake and tsunamis, ultimately causing loss to human civilization. 

On the flip side, there are tons of other problems like famine and drought which need to be addressed quickly before handling any other problem. There are millions of people living in such situations in which they are not even able to provide themselves with clean water and thus, they are all mostly suffering from malnutrition. Indeed fossil fuel is a global issue but we cannot skip this issue.

In conclusion, I firmly believe that new discoveries and exploration should be done immediately. If we do not find alternatives we will soon have to face a global crisis.

Over a period of time, it has been observed that the utilization of fossil fuels has sky-rocketed. A group of people suggests that the whole world should take this notice seriously, thus, everyone should prioritize finding new alternatives. My stance is explained in the ensuing write-ups.
     
In recent years, the population around the world has increased dramatically, and it is anticipated to shoot up more in the coming years. With the statistics that are available to us, we currently do not have enough resources to cater to the needs of all in the future. We need to save for future generations and provide an alternative to them as well. It can be expected that the duration required for the invention will take a few years, if we do not start focusing on this subject right now there will undoubtedly be a global crisis in a few decades. 

To add to this, it is evident that fossil fuels are an integral part of our life. An increase in the demand for fossil fuel will directly affect the daily lives of all the common man with meager wages. The rocketed cost of crude oil will unquestionably hike the price of basic necessities.

On the contrary, it cannot be disregarded that greedy humans are not capable of handling alternative methods. The recent event of the Beirut explosion has proved that under the influence of some authorities people might misuse alternative methods for their interests. The populace either abuses or rejects the advanced technology. 

In a nutshell, I stand by my opinion and suggest that even though there might be some consequences for an alternative method, we must find them and restrict their usage to control problems that might arise in the future.

In light of the fact that we are overusing the primary source of energy which is fossil fuels. Many experts claim that the world should invest in finding substitutes for fossil fuels; I agree with this viewpoint.

To begin with, citizens of the world are facing soaring air pollution and global warming. The excess use of fossil fuels which are ultimately affecting our nature. Events like ozone layer depletion due to hazardous air pollutants are one such example. This international problem does not only concern that particular area but the whole globe, thus, this can only be solved if all the nations put in cumulative efforts. 

To add, the majority of the energy used in our home, cars, and businesses today comes from fossil fuels. These essentials will not be affordable in the forthcoming years. These cannot be eliminated from daily use and thus, finding safe substitutes must be our priority. These crises will soon affect the world not only economically but also create unnecessary mental pressure. If we put in the effort from now these situations can be avoidable in the future.

However, world leaders say that there are other adversities that need to be addressed currently. With recent events we have seen that there are many nations that still do not have stable governments; in such cases, experts claim that change in government will even affect the policies made by previous leaders. They are worried if such changes are overruled by politicians the effort put in by researchers will all go in vain. Hence, they suggest that these problems must be sorted out before even tackling another issue.

To conclude, it is evident that fossil fuels are causing catastrophic environmental damage, albeit, other difficulties, I would still suggest that we should focus on finding safe alternatives.
