In this contemporary era, innovation has evolved into an expectation in each and every place or field. Many people believe that public libraries should provide their resources with printed materials only, whilst others believe that technologies should be used to facilitate pupils’ learning, for instance, e-books on computers. Well, I would like to stand by the latter argument as the demand is higher for hi-techs everywhere.

To start with, libraries with the latest types of equipment are very valuable for readers. Also, it became easier for librarians to maintain the records and manage the collection in a more organized way. Additionally, multimedia offers a varied combination of images, sounds, videos, and virtual tours. Moreover, this establishment looked expensive, but the fact was the opposite, as it was affordable in price. Further, not all books are available in the library, and it takes a long time for the curator to find the books from the racks.

Furthermore, we have reached the phase where everyone has access to the internet. If catalogers could have access to the internet, then it would make it easier for both parties and could reduce the time as well. However, there are a few cons to this advent in the library system, but with a legitimate inspection, it can be solved.

In conclusion, this innovation has more benefits than its drawbacks. I strongly recommend that the latest electronic equipment should be installed in libraries as it makes it possible to approach and also acquire more comprehensive skills in a short time.

To start with, the present generation demands things be made quickly accessible, which includes knowledge also. The reasons behind this are the advanced lifestyle and increasing competition, which demand more skills in a very short span of time. Moreover, one can also email the summary or important notes of e-books to personal devices or access them from anywhere. Additionally, one can also listen to the summary of that particular book or article if they don't have much time to read the whole thing. Furthermore, a writer can easily publish their books as soft copies from anywhere in the world. Moreover, they can also protect it with a password to protect their copyrights. Nowadays, youngsters too prefer soft materials rather than paper books.

I partially agree with both standpoints, as though there are many advantages, but there are drawbacks too, and I will discuss them in the essay.

To start with, it is understandable why people are advised to avoid the usage of technology. But on the flip side, it holds enormous potential to store a huge collection of libraries in just one folder. Moreover, the present technology can also present documents in interesting forms, such as movies, funny speeches, and documentaries. Taking the point to the investment, it costs higher but the return was much greater than its initial costs. Also, nowadays, writers prefer to publish their articles on the world wide web rather than on paper. In addition, library visitors can access the software and  update their knowledge.
