PAL Process:

A) PAL will be receive to student if the student has paid Deposit amount 3,000 CAD and it will be upload within 3 to 4 Days on OCAS portal.

Information about the updated admission policies that will go into effect from September 15th, 2023.

1. Academic Requirements for All Programs: All UG and PG programs have minimum academic requirements of 50% or above.

• Grade-12th Mathematics with a minimum score of 40% is required for all UG diplomas and advanced diplomas beginning September 15th, 2023. 

2. Additional Academic Requirements for Postgraduate Programs: Certain PG's necessitate the following background:

• • Data Analytics for Business - Applicants with a degree in IT can only be eligible to apply.
  • International Business Management - Logistics Systems- A Degree in the field of Business is required.
  • Construction Project Management - A degree in Architecture; Civil or Constructions are only acceptable credentials for this program                   

3. English Language Proficiency Requirements:

For India Region: IELTS (Academic)- Overall, 6 no section below 6.

(All the profiles with any band 5.5 will be rejected)

For Bangladesh; Nepal; and Sri Lanka: Overall 6 no section below 5.5

The other acceptable scores are:

TOEFL: Overall, 83 no section below 20
PTE Academic: Minimum Score 60
Duolingo: 110

Certain programs have more stringent prerequisites:

Pharmacy Technician, Practical Nursing; Bachelor of Business Administration- Information Communication Technology; Bachelor of Applied Arts- Social Justice and Legal Studies

IELTS: Overall, 6.5 no section below 6
TOEFL: Overall, 91 no section below 22
PTE Academic: Minimum Score 70
Duolingo: 120

4. Policy on Program Change: We are no longer accepting program change requests at any stage of the application process. If the student wishes to pursue another program, we can close the old application and you may submit a fresh application by paying the new application fee.

In this case, no exception is permitted.

5. Payment Extension Policy: Going forward, payment extensions will not be permitted due to the necessity to constantly monitor the conversation in light of the PAL system. It is recommended that students pay the full year's tuition well in advance of the deadline. The offer will be withdrawn, and a new application will need to be submitted if the deadline has passed.

6. Deferral policy: We will not be accepting or approving deferral requests for paid applicants beginning in the Fall 24 intake ( Request will be accepting if visa under process).

7. Tuition Fee Payment Policy: Students must pay the full tuition fees stated in the offer letter. We do not accept partial payments or semester tuition. In the event of a partial payment, the likelihood of an offer being withdrawn increases, and the college is not liable.

8. Agent Tagging Policy: On direct applications, the agent tagging request is not permitted ( possible in non paid case with requirements of consent from from the student).

9. Visa rejection: In case of a visa refusal the students are required to apply for refund as the college will not be issuing a second PAL for the same student. In case of visa denial, the applicant is eligible for a full refund.
