Introduction

A leader is the one who knows what the right decision would be in any situation for all, not the one who only thinks about himself. Well, I have seen many people with leadership qualities, but I admire only a few because I felt that they were genuinely trying to help others without thinking about their own profit.

Who is this person? and How you know this person ?

Here I would like to talk about none other than my best friend Shelly, as I believe that she is one of those few best leaders on my list. We have known each other since our primary school days. She is a very confident, straightforward, and helpful person. She always used to say things smoothly. Without any hesitation, she used to present the issues of our class in front of the school principal.

What does she do? 

She is completing her graduation from Parul University. 

How does this person behave? 

Actually, she used to be the head girl of our school. Furthermore, her communication skills are excellent. And she never missed a single debate competition. Moreover, she also does social work, wherein she used to donate her old clothes to the needy.

Why do you think he is a good leader? 

She always tries to solve other people’s queries with her best efforts. Whether the person was her enemy or friend, she always listened to everyone’s problems and provided them with a relevant solution. 

Conclusion 

A leader should always help others without keeping any personal issues in the middle.

Introduction

Leadership is an important quality one could have. Different people possess different ways of managing people. 

Who is this person? and How you know this person ?

Today, I would like to talk about my college friend Zahid because he has brilliant leadership qualities.

What does he do? 

From the beginning, he was the star boy of our college. He is good at both studies as well as sports. But the most attractive thing about him is that he is a social worker too. He works with three NGOs.

How does this person behave? 

Zahid has a very attractive personality. Everyone in my college likes him, including professors and the principal. Not because he is a rich guy, but for his helping nature and communication skills.

Why do you think he is a good leader? 

He is a straightforward guy too. Whenever he sees something wrong around him, he tries to modify it in the correct way. Moreover, he used to listen to everyone’s issues patiently, and instead of providing them solutions right away, he recommended they think of the right path to their destination.

Conclusion 

A leader is one who brings simplicity as well as maintains harmony in the group.

Introduction

Various people have good leadership skills, but when it comes to proving it, they miserably fail. That's why it is difficult to find a good leader.

Who is this person? and How you know this person ?

Today I would like to talk about one of my favorite people with good leadership qualities. She is Aarna Parikh - my neighbor.

What does she do? 

She is a yoga instructor as well as a psychiatrist.

How does this person behave? 

She remained charged all day. For 2 years, we have been neighbors. She was a yoga instructor and used to inspire people a lot to remain active the whole day. Where there are motivators, there are demotivators too. But being a true leader, she endures devotion, persistence, and regulation. Apart from being a professional person, she became the manager of the society last year.

Why do you think he is a good leader? 

She listens to everyone’s queries patiently and solves them with her best efforts after being the manager of the society. Due to her excellent communication skills, she was also used to hosting those events and making them memorable.

Well, in our culture, older men and women are considered to be heads as they have experience and wisdom at the time of taking decisions.

I don't think gender matters in decision-making. But generally, in the old days, the oldest male member used to take decisions in the family according to his experience.

3. How do you see the leadership qualities now and in the future?

Leadership qualities will remain the same in the present as well as in the future. A leader should possess admirable traits like directness, virtue, and helpfulness.
 
4. Do you think that in the future there will be more women leaders?

Indeed, yes, because women are more encouraged in comparison with men. Also, there are reserved seats for women in every field. Moreover, governments are also increasing programs on women's empowerment.

5. Should a leader discuss with team members when making decisions?

Definitely yes. A leader should consult team members before taking any decision or reaching a conclusion because the right decision can be taken after seeing all the possibilities and disadvantages.
