Well, giving commitments is always a good decision, but it requires a lot of hard work to be accomplished.

Here, I would like to talk about a promise I made to my parents.

What was the promise?
I promised them I would score good marks in my 10th board examination.

Actually, during my 10th grade, my friends and I used to play for an hour only. However, it increased to 4 hours which disturbed my academics. As a result, I passed my first examination with just passing marks. My parents got angry and scolded me for the mismanagement of time. Was the promise easy to achieve?
It was challenging to work hard on the first day of promise, as I found it boring. But then I started taking an interest in every subject. As a result, I became accustomed to it and I scored 95% on my boards.

Today, I would like to talk about a promise that I made to my parents.

During the COVID pandemic, it was a catch22 situation for me, and, due to travel restrictions, we could not reach each other as I live far away from them. I made an assurance to my childhood friend that I would meet her on Sunday as we haven't catch-up each other for a long time.

Why did you make the promise?
We have been together since we were in kindergarten. But after 10th grade, we chose different streams. Although we were in the same school, we used to meet during lunch breaks and after school. But after going into the newer environment of college, we both got busy with our own pieces of stuff. Nonetheless, we used to make plans and end up canceling them.
