Introduction

Our earth has to be protected at any cost and we should pass it over to the future generation in a better manner. It is important to set a law to guide the people to be environment friendly. 

What is it?

I am going to talk about a very important law which is surely beneficial to our environment and society. It is quite visible that our environment is deteriorating day by day. It must be kept under control by introducing several laws that guide our behaviour in a good way.

In my point of view, plastic waste is one of the biggest problems in our society. Day by day solid waste is increasing gradually, it is found that plastic waste occupies the major proportion. The key thing is it will be in a land forever since it is a non-biodegradable product. Also, it will cause problems to birds and animals as it releases damaging toxins. 

As plastic waste creates problematic consequences, the government of India banned the usage of plastic bags and products. People use jute bags or eco-friendly bags for their shopping purposes. Even the general public saying ‘No to plastic’. It shows that they are aware of their responsibility. Plastic bags even damage the beauty of the parks and other places. 

If someone uses plastic bags, as per this law, they have to pay five thousand rupees. And, shopkeepers who are using plastic bags have to pay twenty thousand rupees as a fine. People started avoiding plastic materials as a result of this strict law.

How did you first learn about it?

I learned about this law through news channels. Also, my father informed me about this law as he regularly read newspapers. 

Who benefits from it?

There is no sole beneficiary. Entire community will benefit from this law. It instils the responsibility to all the individuals so they can be conscious about their society and be a participatory citizen.

And explain how you feel about this law?

It's really a good law since it makes a plastic-free society and achieves the vision of a better environment.

Introduction:

As a consequence of damaging human activities, global warming and climate change arise in our world. Carbon Dioxide in the earth’s surface is increasing which yields complicated problems. It is good to know that various nations undertaking various actions to resolve the environmental issues
 
What is it ? and How did you first learn about it?

Here, I like to talk about a law which helps to protect the trees. I learned about this law when I surfed the internet and read an article in one law related blog. As per law, no one should cut the trees if it is not in their private land. One who avoids following this law is prone to pay a fine and sentenced to 2 years non-bailable jail. 

Who benefits from it?

It is obvious that trees are important for human life. If we chop the trees, the carbon dioxide rate will increase than oxygen which is detrimental to human beings. So, it is clear this law is helpful for all the people.

And explain how you feel about this law?

As this law protects the trees, it is quite good to know that our environment will be in a better state than before. And, we can pass our earth to the next generations with fewer problems.

Environmental problems are widely occurring across the world. It is essential to implement laws to regulate human behaviour for the protection of the environment.

What is it? and How did you first learn about it ?

The government is taking many steps to prevent environmental degradation. One law implemented by the government is management of electronic waste. The main purpose of this law is to reduce the harmful materials in both electronic and electrical equipment. 

I read the newspaper regularly to know what is happening around the world. I found one in-depth article about this law. It declares that things are going bad. It is essential for humans to reflect on their decisions and behaviour to not harm the environment. This article changed my very conception about the environment. 

Who benefits from it?

This law would improve the surroundings in a significant way. It motivates people and companies to do recycling. It will gradually reduce the carbon footprint on the planet. This law is useful for both current and future generations.

Our earth is important for us to inhabit. So, I feel this law is really beneficial for our society and people.

• The Indian Government introduced a law to ban smoking. Cigarette smoking releases air toxins that affect the environment badly. So, this will prevent the people who are affected by passive smoking.
• I read this on the internet on my daily feed. At first, I thought it would be difficult but with the right measure it can be done.

Who benefits from it?

• The whole society benefits from this law. Both cigarettes and e-cigarette pollute the soil, beaches and waterways. If this law is strictly followed then it can be recovered. 
• As a side benefit, individual quality of life also increases. Cigarettes are the major cause of cancer. So, individuals can live longer. 

And explain how you feel about this law?

• Though people who are addicted to cigarettes cannot easily drop it. But, still it can be tried for the overall development of the society.

• Environment will not be sustainable without regulatory bodies. So, laws must be applied to the betterment of the individual and the society.

Yes, when it comes to profession, qualities are important rather than gender. If an individual whether it is men or women possess qualities of the police officer, then he or she can be fit to that position. 

8. Do you think the police officers are paid too much?

I think police officers in developing countries are not paid as much as they deserve. Furthermore, police officers risk their lives to prevent criminalities in this world so I don’t think they are getting paid too much. 

9. Do all Indian people obey the law?

An individual who focuses on their personal benefit will disobey the law. It is not about citizens but indians. So, there could be some Indians who disobey the law. 

10. Are there laws about education in India?

In our country, there is a law called the ‘Right to education’ act. According to this law, all citizens have the right to get education even if they don’t have the money to pay. 

11. What kind of rules do schools in India have?

In schools, students have a fixed timetable to follow. And, they must wear school uniforms in order to demonstrate equality. Furthermore, they should obey the teachers and study with determination.

12. What can teachers do to make students obey rules?

Teachers should make the student obey the rules for the good functioning of the school. Teachers must create awareness about the rules to the students.
