IELTS speaking part 3 - Describe your favourite book follow up questions

Follow-up questions for “Describe your favourite book” are given below. In the actual exam,  The IELTS speaking part 3 - follow up question session is conducted for 4-5 minutes where you have to discuss questions about a general topic or question on your cue card.

Q1. What is your favourite book of all time?
Because I work in business, I prefer to read business and finance books over fiction, nonfiction, and amusement. As a result, I don't have a favourite book.

Q2. what is the first book you remember reading?
I remember starting to read in grade 10 and it was Rich Dad Poor Dad, and then I became interested in business and accounting.

Q3. What are you reading right now?
Because my higher education and internships for job experience with managing household chores make it impossible to take time out of my demanding schedule to read a book, I am not currently following any book.

Q4. Have you read a book more than once? If so, what was the title? How many times have you read it?
No, I have not read a book twice since I like to make notes through highlighting and flow charts when reading a book for the first time. As a result, whenever I needed information, I used to look through the highlighted points and flow charts.

Q5. How do you choose what books you want to read?
I choose a book based on the stream or field in which I want to gain knowledge, and I also prefer to obtain thorough information about that book before reading it so that I do not regret it later and receive valuable insight from it.

Q6. Do you follow any author ?
No i do not follow any author because i do not have specific criteria to select book of a particular author.
