For IELTS Speaking Task 2 (Part 2), you must prepare a cue card that will be provided by your examiner. You'll find your topic in that cue card—"Describe Your Favourite Subject"— where you'll be allowed a minute to prepare yourself. You must continue speaking, and the examiner will stop you once you have done with the topic. The IELTS speaking section 3 will include a follow-up session that will be a discussion based on your response.

Introduction
I studied various subjects in school that included maths,science,social studies, computer science,and many more but I'd like to use this chance to talk about my favourite subject that I liked most.
What is the subject?
My all time favourite subject was social studies, especially History.
When did you start learning It?
I started to like this subject when I was doing my fifth class, as history is full of ancient world,monuments wars, etc., that fascinated and made me think about how people lived in that century, what were their lifestyle and started to realise how important it is for us to know our past to build the future.
What did you learn ?
The main credits to love this subject goes to my teacher Mr.Amith who inspired me a lot . To make this subject more interesting he used to teach us through Animated video, images, etc., that really made me want to learn more about it and we had a chance to visit a museum. That was the point where I started to like even more.
Conclusion
I majored in history after I graduated from college, and that choice had a big impact on how I view the world, the past, and the future. I was really thrilled about reading and studying history.

Introduction
- I've always been really interested in exploring and understanding the natural world.This subject goes beyond just school stuff, it's like an exciting adventure full of things I love.
- It's been my inspiration during my time in school, making me curious and eager to learn. I'm excited to share why I really like this subject with you today."
What is the subject ?
- My all time favourite subject was Science especially Biology.
When did you start learning it?
- I was very much interested in this subject from my seventh class , as science books are full of pictures of trees, leaves, animals.etc .I still remember that I was so damn excited for every science period .
What did you learn?
- I was very much interested in science because of my father who is a Biologist. My dad used to take me to his laboratories when I was a small kid and he was an expert in specializes plant breeding or genetics (related to any plant).
- So every Sunday I go for a visit and I used to touch those beautiful plants , leaves , streams etc. these all inspired me and I started to like science a lot .
Conclusion :
- Since science is my favourite subject and I would like to continue studying it in the future as well and want to learn more about plants, trees ..etc.

Introduction
It's true that this is a fascinating subject to discuss, and I thank you for giving me the time to consider it.
What is the subject ?
Throughout my school years, maths has always been my favourite subject, and this passion has been very helpful in my understanding of other science-related subjects.
When did you start learning it ?
I didn't perform well in school or in college in any of my subjects, but I consistently received high maths grades. I remember spending more than 5 hours of solving problems than reading science or English. From my high school, I was only good at maths.
What did you learn ?
I can proudly say I was the only one to solve all the problems correctly in my class. Even my teachers would frequently ask me to help my classmates through a particular maths problem, were no one gets the correct answers. My confidence increased as a result, and in high school.
Conclusion
My passion for maths is only growing, and I can't wait to see how it will influence my future things to do.

What is the subject ?
- Everyone's favourite subject English
When did you start learning it ?
- Basically from childhood I loved reading stories, and will write poems on my own imagination.
- From my childhood my mother use to read stories to me , so I had an habit of reading and listening to stories .
- There are a lot of reasons why I like to study English ,the primary benefit is that it improved my reading abilities.
- As my reading skills get polished through English, it helps me in other subjects too.
What did you learn ?
- From reading and listening , I myself developed to write so many essays , articles and poems.
- Lately I started to write books when I was 15 years old . I don't publish any of them, may be lately in my future I might publish and become a big artist for movies, media ..etc
Conclusion
- For me, English is more than just a subject , it's a way to connect with all kinds of human expression and a source of inspiration.
- It's a passion that still influences how I perceive the world.
