Languages symbolise the cultural heritage of any region and are a means of communication and a way to express themselves. However, various languages are becoming extinct on a daily basis. Some argue that we should not be concerned because fewer dialects will make life easier. In contrast, I partially disagree with their viewpoint. In the following paragraphs, I will elaborate on my perspective on this topic.

On the one hand, fewer languages will aid in lowering the communication barrier between individuals and promoting globalisation by allowing them to communicate with a larger audience. As a result, it will expand global accessibility, allowing people to pursue their careers anywhere in the globe based on their interests, and it will increase the research potential of the world. In addition, it will facilitate business interactions among the nations and will strengthen their social and political ties.

In contrast, the effect can be seen on the region’s cultural heritage after the loss of a language. Consequently, it will then impact the tourism business. For instance, People will travel to different regions and nations to learn about their cultures however will end up using the same dialect eventually forcing society to adopt the culture of a new language. Thereby, leaving no attraction for tourists. As a result, a great deal of social and cultural heritages will be lost because of people's inability to comprehend the dialect's literary works.

In conclusion, I disagree with the notion that having fewer languages will reduce communication barriers, however it will have detrimental effects on cultural heritage and alienate certain nations.

To begin with, language symbolises culture and gives a way for people to express their views. However many people believe that language is just a mere collection of spoken words. A language has evolved through centuries to reflect its significance in a given region. For example, the Sanskrit language contains a vast vocabulary in the world and represents their heritage of storytelling. Because English is so simple to communicate with the rest of the world, it has become a universal language. Numerous books were published in the native language, such as the Gita, which is written in Sanskrit. However, few people are familiar with Sanskrit.

In addition to this, speaking English and Sanskrit will exclude more individuals worldwide. Despite English is widely spoken, it takes years to acquire it. Some nations have been attempting to embrace English as a second language for a long time, but some people still cannot grasp it. However, English has been the language of business for a long time, and it should be emphasized to assist a country to become more economically competitive.

In conclusion, I disagree with the statement despite some spoken languages may improve the quality of life. However, this should not be an expense for less relevant dialects in order to avoid the country's tradition, culture and alienation of many countries.

For instance, An Indian who could speak English could be persuaded to visit Canada, and because he likes the climate and can converse fluently, he decides to relocate, get married, and spend the rest of his life in the new nation. If he speaks his dialect, this might be impossible.

In addition, by knowing each other languages international relations might improve. Eventually, this will reduce international tensions because the leaders of these countries will likely have a better understanding of themselves. For instance, the India-China trade war might not be as intense if they shared more factors in common. Instead of engaging in commercial hostility, the two great powers would rather combat climate change by giving their vast resources and trade benefits to this worthy cause. The Sanskrit language, for instance, will eradicate the memory of their culture as they speak more English and inexorably adopt their worldviews and perceptions of life.

In conclusion, the extinction of a language can, in the end, greatly benefit the whole society, but it is not without repercussions. They must to be taught in a way that takes into account each person's accent.

Additionally, people from many countries communicate their ideas through language. As an example, people leave their home countries to work and study abroad, just focusing on the fundamentals of the language, in order to support themselves while learning the culture.

On the other hand, if languages become fewer it hardly affects the business relationships among different countries. For example, it becomes very difficult to export and import material from nations to nations without the knowledge of language. Admittedly, it is hard to learn all languages, but it is essential to know some languages to support our development of personal life and nation achievement. Furthermore, to enjoy different entertainments like movies and make progress in tourism, languages have a predominant role.

To conclude, reducing the number of languages will not make human life easier. However, it is better to support the existence of languages to mark enormous achievements in business, education and personal life.
