Others, however, reject this proposal by emphasising the freedom to select one's location of employment. In the forthcoming essay, both perspectives will be explored.
To begin with the former argument, the fundamental rationale is that if the new teachers and medics work in rural regions for a little while, it would be a proactive effort to improve the health and educational level of the people in such areas, which are now substandard. In my opinion, the former should be implemented. Hence, both sides are discussed in the next section.

And this condition might easily change a teacher into their pupils' worst fear and a doctor into a murderer.
In conclusion, I concur that in order to better the situation in rural areas, new doctors and educators should voluntarily accept the challenge of working in rural areas, as it is mutually beneficial. However, some steps must be taken to secure its continuation by the government.
