Model Sample Answer 1 Band 8 - We are becoming increasingly dependent on computers. They are used in business, hospitals, crime detection and even to fly planes. What things will they be used in the future? Is this dependence on computers a good thing or should we be more suspicious of their benefits?
The growth of information technology in recent years has been remarkable. Our reliance on computers and other electronic gadgets grows every year. This raises underlying concerns about what uses they will have in the future and whether or not this dependency is concerning. I think that there is no doubt about this dependency on computers.
Firstly, it is already clear that almost everything depends on hardware and software; everything from hospitals to airplanes requires technology to function correctly. Having said that, it is reasonable to speculate about how we will utilize computers in the future. Even though computers are used in medicine today, it is anticipated that new advancements like nanotechnology will have a significant impact in fields like brain surgery. Soon, a nanobot will enter the human body to assist surgeons. Education is another sector in which there will be a major impact. Future teachers will be assisted in the classroom by robots, or perhaps be replaced by them, as artificial intelligence improves.
Secondly, the recent developments in computer science have sparked the concerns of some who question whether or not technological dependence is beneficial. In my opinion, there is absolutely nothing to be concerned about. Every creation has some risk, and that is the price of evolution. There will always be individuals who become addicted to new technologies or who lose track of reality, but those are rare occurrences that can be prevented. It has always happened with all recent innovations, but the benefits to the vast majority of society are immeasurable.
In conclusion, professions like medicine and education will gain the most from technology's continuous growth. And while some people may be negatively impacted by their dependence on computers, the majority of individuals will profit from the new technologies.

Model Sample Answer 2 Band 7.5 - We are becoming increasingly dependent on computers. They are used in business, hospitals, crime detection and even to fly planes. What things will they be used in the future? Is this dependence on computers a good thing or should we be more suspicious of their benefits?
The computer is the finest invention of the 21st century, and today we are living in perhaps the most technologically advanced era ever. Computers are in high demand in almost all aspects of our lives. As a result, there is a significant increase in dependency on it. Nowadays, it is hard to find a field where a computer is not being used, and I think that this pattern will continue in the near future.
According to my perspective, many occupations, including those of doctors, engineers, and legal advisors, will be replaced by computers soon. Perhaps the day is not far away when we will consult with supercomputers instead of professionals regarding our health issues or legal advice. Additionally, I think that in the future, random usage of computers for unique purposes like flying planes will be common in our everyday lives. For example, it wouldn't be strange at all if computers took over as car drivers or traffic cops in the future.
Computers are, without a doubt, a blessing of modern science that simplifies our lives. However, it's claimed that excessive computer usage can be detrimental to both our health and our social interactions. Due to its drawbacks, such as cybercrime and reduced human movement, critics question its benefits. Despite these problems, I believe that a computer remains a necessity for most people. The computer has decreased the burden and saved time that could be utilized to solve international issues like curing fatal diseases, preventing terrorism and war, and resettling refugees.
In conclusion, I think computers will soon be used in every part of our lives. This will free us up from typical responsibilities so we can do something for the betterment of our planet and the next generation.

Model Sample Answer 3 Band 7 - We are becoming increasingly dependent on computers. They are used in business, hospitals, crime detection and even to fly planes. What things will they be used in the future? Is this dependence on computers a good thing or should we be more suspicious of their benefits?
Computers have been created by humans to simplify and advance our lives. In every home, office, and even in people's daily lives, computers have grown to be a necessity. Computers are vital for our everyday lives. In my opinion, we should be aware and wary of the benefits of a computer.
Computer software can be used for a variety of things, such as accounting on computers, information storage, and transferring data from one individual to another. As time goes on, the demand for computers is also growing. For example, in every interview for government or corporate offices, they prefer to test computer skills to get the most out of employees in a short time. Along with that, computers do not require physical space to store data and information. As a result, storing massive amounts of data is more feasible. As a result, computers have become a necessity in hospitals, courts, and so on.
Computers have a lot of advantages, such as storing massive amounts of information virtually, which can be accessed from anywhere at any time; they can replace human beings in work areas where it is dangerous for humans; and so on. However, we still should be suspicious of the benefits it has. It will reduce a child’s writing skills due to the usage of computers, as well as harm people’s eyes, as a result of which more and more people suffer from eye problems. Computer games become addictive, and kids stop playing outside. However, I believe that if we use these devices correctly, the benefits will be beneficial to both people and society.
To conclude, computers have been very helpful in many fields in recent times. But there are several reasons to doubt if the dependency on computers is good, due to the detrimental impact it has.

Model Sample Answer 4 Band 6.5 - We are becoming increasingly dependent on computers. They are used in business, hospitals, crime detection and even to fly planes. What things will they be used in the future? Is this dependence on computers a good thing or should we be more suspicious of their benefits?
It is challenging to think about a world without computers. Their use and potential have increased at an astonishing rate over time, and I am certain that this growth would continue as new innovative methods to use them were created. Although there are some disadvantages to their use, I think the advantages outweigh them.
With the help of computers, we can perform a variety of previously impossible tasks. I am certain that this evolutionary pattern will continue considering how rapidly they have changed our way of life and progressed. Consider the development of virtual reality as an example. Even though it is a comparatively new computer-based technology, we can already do incredible things with it. It can be used for a wide range of practical objectives, from enhancing gaming to training doctors or pilots to handle emergencies. As computer processing speed improves, so will its ability to improve all aspects of our lives.
Despite this, there are risks associated with over-reliance on computers. They have such a massive impact on our daily activities that modern life as we know it would not be possible without them. Moreover, computers store all of our important data, and the possibility of hacking opens us up to crimes like fraud. However, I will say that the technological developments enabled by computers have significantly improved our world. I believe that the majority of people would agree that all the positive outcomes of computers outweigh the disadvantages.
In conclusion, I think that as technology advances, our lives will improve while we probably become more dependent on computers. Even though this type of dependence has some negative consequences, we should focus on the numerous positives.
