Introduction

I've read a lot of books throughout my life, but "Game of Thrones" is one that I keep going back to. I first read it when I was in college, and from then I've read it numerous times.

When you read it

I read it when it first got published. When I ordered some of my college textbooks online, they had the book available and were promoting it. Honestly, I was drawn in by the cover image of the book, and after reading some reviews, it caught my attention and I decided to order it. I kept reading the book for a full month after it arrived the very next day, and it was a wonderful experience. It quickly gained notoriety and was turned into a fun television series.

What kind of book it is and What it is about

The plots of Game of Thrones, which is set in the fictional Seven Kingdoms of Westeros and the continent of Essos, are roughly based on those of George R. R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire book series.

And explain why you think it is exciting

What I adore most about "Game of Thrones" is the magnificent world Tolkien fashioned. The plot is adventurous and thrilling, and the characters are well-developed and enduring. The book is filled with numerous themes, some of which are timeless and universal: friendship, loyalty, and sacrifice.

Conclusion

I have read "Game of Thrones" numerous times and consider it to be a classic. A lot of readers have been moved by this tale. The book should be read at least once by everyone, in my opinion.

"The girl on the train," written by Paula Hawkins, is one book that has enthralled me and compelled me to read it repeatedly. I remember reading it for the first time in college, and ever since then, it has been a prized part of my library.

When you read it book

I read the book when I went to a book fair and there I saw this book. It looked interesting and I read the summary and I was interesting to me. At the same moment I bought the book and I read it at home and I completed it in just 10 days.

It was thrilling, suspense, and mysterious. It is a blockbuster for those who enjoy these kinds of thriller films and was inspired by a true story that teaches many valuable lessons.

What it is about

British author Paula Hawkins psychological thriller The Girl on the Train features three different women's perspectives on relationship issues (caused by coercive/controlling men) and, for the main protagonist, alcoholism.

And explain why you think it is exciting

It gave a very intense message. mainly because of its irresistible idea. When Rachel, the book's protagonist, takes the train between London and the suburbs, she looks at the same house twice daily because she is a miserable, alcoholic divorcee. It's about how women are frequently subjected to extreme pressure from society, which causes them to actively seek out dangerous situations (or become victims of such situations).

Conclusion

In essence, "The girl on the train" has had a significant influence on my emotional and intellectual development, and as a result, it holds a special place in my heart.

This book's new perspective on life's meaning and the value of spirituality is what I find most appealing. I find comfort and solutions to some of life's most pressing questions in this book. IELTS speaking part 3 - Describe a book that you have read many a times follow up questions

Follow-up questions for “Describe a book that you have read many a times” are given below. In the actual exam, this session is conducted for about 4-5 minutes where you have to discuss questions about a general topic or question on your cue card.

1- Do you prefer books or movies?

I love watching movies, I'll be honest. I don't enjoy reading books very much. In contrast to books where you have to visualise the characters and specific scenes, which makes reading more monotonous, movies are dramatic and you can actually see the characters.

2- Do you think it is important to read the book before watching the movie version of it?

In my perception, Sometimes, the movies are more successful than the original books. For instance, the movie Half-girlfriend was fantastic, but the book was rather dull and, when read before the movie, felt like there was no climax and conclusion. However, in the movie, the ending was explained and was to the audience's benefit, and it was unquestionably one of the blockbuster movies at the time of its release.

3- Do boys and girls like the same kind of books?

Boys almost universally favour action, comic, and comedy books over those for girls. Girls enjoy reading romantic novels and occasionally rom-coms.

4- What kind of books do Indian people like to read?
That depends on the individual. In my opinion, each age group has different reading preferences. For instance, kids might prefer comic books or fairy tales, adults might prefer to read about current events, and seniors might prefer religious texts.
