Introduction:
Inspiration is something that helps most people to go forward to achieve their goals and aims. Here I would like to share my personal experience when I got inspired by one of cousin
Who is the person?
The person who inspired me is Nive one of my cousins. The fact is that she is a gym trainer. She inspired me to do my weight. As I was just 23 years old but my weight was higher than my BMI, I was looking so fat.
For what he/she inspired?
She always forces me to do workouts and follow my diet, but due to work i failed to follow the proper food diet and workouts. I really cannot do it. She motivated me to do my workouts and go to the gym regularly.
Why was he/she inspired?
At one point I was full of depression due to body shaming even among my family and friends. But she never fails to motivate me. At that point I decided to follow my food diet and workouts.
How did you feel about it?
In the early stages it was very difficult for me to work out and control my hunger, but after some days when the changes were visible to my eyes the pain and stress were gone.
Conclusion:
I was really thankful to her, because now I am good and healthy. She is the one who stood for my entire journey.

Introduction:
- Well, inspiration works a lot. If a person is internally motivated, then it has supremacy over the inspiration that people get from others.
- I am also intrinsically motivated.
Who is this person?
- A person who inspired me to do something interesting is my friend’s mother
- I knew her from my childhood. She plays multi task roles.
- As she does her household work, she is a college professor and a part time singing teacher.
For what he/she inspired?
- When I was 6 years old her daughter and I were classmates.
- In those days I knew her as a music teacher and a homemaker.
- Later when we were doing our grade 7 she joined a popular college as a professor.
- I was truly inspired to see that she managed to keep up with it, along with a full-time job.
Why was he/she inspired?
- When we were discussing a random topic I shared my thoughts with her.
- I have an idea to learn car driving but I don’t know how to manage my work and the class.
- She motivated me with some ideas and how to follow it.
How did you feel about it?
- I was so inspired after meeting her. I started to search for a driving class near my town and after a few days I joined.
- I was amazed by my progress and eventually started driving a car.
Conclusion:
- I was thankful to my aunt that she recommended me to join class.
Only because of her was I inspired to learn.

Introduction:
Sometimes, we don't even know the hidden talent of us, until someone motivates us to do so. Here I am going to share about one of my experiences that inspired me to do something interesting.
Who is this person?
The person who has inspired me to do something is my high school teacher, Mr Ragunathan. He is the person who introduced me on the stage in front of hundreds of people. He is not my class teacher but I heard from my friends that He was passionate about teaching, and his classes were always engaging and inspiring.
For what he/she inspired?
I still remember, when I was doing my 6th grade he came to my class as a substitute for my tamil mam. That day he gave us a chance to give a speech about freedom leaders. Everyone in my class hesitated to come front to give a speech. But he never gave up, he picked random students to give speeches.
Why is he/she inspired?
I am also the one among those. He gave us 10 minutes to prepare. I gave my best once the class got over. He called me separately to meet him. While I met him he asked me to give a speech at the upcoming event in our school. He motivated me to do it. After I delivered my first speech in front of a hundred people. I got many good appreciation from them.
How did you feel about it?
It was a great experience, now I am the one person who gives speeches for every event in my school. I think without him it is not possible.
Conclusion:
He is the person who inspired me to do something interesting, which is to write creatively. He was a great teacher who encouraged and guided me to develop my skills and discover my voice. Thanks to his inspiration.

When children learn from their role model, they can grasp and be inspired easily because they feel like their role model is everything to them. They always prefer to copy their work.
7. Who can influence children more, teachers or parents?
According to me it totally depends upon the age group of a child. Parental influence is stronger to children before they start going to school, because they spend most of their time with their parents. Later their teacher influences them more because a teacher can guide them better for their future.
8. What kind of international news inspires people?
People are inspired by sports matches, recessions, and festivals. Some were inspired by the celebration, politics.
9. How do people get inspired with someone?
Person can inspire in many different ways, their accomplishments or achievements, their personality, a word, or even their outlook on life.
