Describe a person you would like to study or work with Model answer 1

Introduction
The majority of the time, I find it more effective to study alone because I can focus better on my work. However, I'm going to discuss about someone with whom I'm going to study right now. Noah, one of my close friends, goes by that name.

Who is that person?
I have chosen to learn French before moving to Canada because I intend to attend university there. Noah, a friend of mine, is considering doing the same thing. I've therefore decided to pick him as my study partner.

Why would you like to study with him/her?
For various reasons, I would like to study with him. His uncle, who lives in France, taught him the fundamentals of the language, so he already has some knowledge in it. So if I don't understand anything at first, he will be better able to help me. Additionally, he makes a good friend. If anyone is in need, he is always willing to share his thoughts or notes. His caring nature never wanes, and he is constantly eager to assist others.

What will you study?
As mentioned above, we studied French together.

Conclusion
Despite everything, his explanation skills are amazing. One chapter of biology, I believe titled Control and Coordination, was one that I was unable to comprehend when I was in the tenth grade, for example. However, my friend Noah gave me a very special explanation of the chapter, and as an outcome, I was able to completely memorise all of the chapter's questions.

Describe a person you would like to study or work with Model answer 2

Introduction
I am an extrovert person and it has always been easy for me to make friends and get along with them. Here, I would like to tell you about a person whom I met at a family party.

Who is that person?
I met a man named Sam who is a friend of my cousin. This individual works for R and D. At a family gathering, I once met him through my cousin. He has a very attractive appearance and personality, and his communication skills really impressed me.

Why would you like to work with him/her?
He approaches life with a positive outlook. His smile acts as an antidote to all sorrows. It's impressive how he explains everything, too. He displayed a positive attitude toward work when we spoke at that time, which is why I want to work with him. He taught me that work is worship and provided advice on how to take pleasure in my work. My cousin narrated that he works very hard to solve a problem and is a good team player. Aside from those traits, he also has the ability to listen well and know when to be silent. These are all admirable qualities that a team member should possess, and my cousin further said that he  enjoys and likes working with him because of all these positive traits.

What will you work?
I have learned to work with honesty, full dedication and to learn work skills at every point in order to climb the career ladder successfully.

Conclusion
Only honest individuals can give the best career advice. And I am glad I got one.

Describe a person you would like to study or work with Model answer 3

Introduction
I consider myself extremely fortunate to have many friends, family members, acquaintances, and coworkers who are fantastic individuals both personally and professionally. The name of one specific person should be specifically mentioned here, even though I would like to work with all of them in a professional setting.

Who is that person?
No other than my own brother is he. Although he is 25, I have no hesitation in referring to him as an "evergreen" person who never gets tired of working because I have known him for years, starting in my early childhood. Of course, there are those who would argue that my brother isn't particularly special because there are so many of us who never tire of working. Because in his last ten years of work as a Senior Accountant, I have rarely observed my brother arriving late for work (when leaving his home) or departing from work (when returning home).

Why would you like to study with him/her?
Because of his excellent time management, responsibility, and caring skills, for which I would like to work with him? If the answer is "yes," then I'd add that his perpetual smile, upbeat outlook on life, high level of self-confidence (without "boasting" about anything), honesty/truthfulness, tact (without being "shrewd"), and ability to maintain composure in tense circumstances are also some of the reasons I would definitely like to work with my brother.

What will you study?
I studied maths with him till my bachelor’s degree as I was quite poor with it but all his hard work and trust in me showed got me a distinction in my maths subject and I really appreciate that he got me through this.

Conclusion
I could never ask for more. My brother has been with me through all my thicks and thins.

IELTS speaking part 3 - Describe a person you would like to study or work with follow up questions

Follow-up questions for “Describe a person you would like to study or work with” are given below. In the actual exam, this session is conducted for about 4-5 minutes where you have to discuss questions about a general topic or question on your cue card.

1. What kind of people do you like to study or work with?
Being a student, one always needs a companion to study. Take me, for instance. I prefer to study with people who are composed, can sit quietly, and can lighten your load. Who can make studying simple for you, answer your questions, and support you in any academic difficulty you may encounter.

2. Do you think managers can be friends with their subordinates?
Today's managers are certainly quite approachable, and they even assist those who report to them if they run into problems at work.

3. Which one is more important for you at work, development in work related skills or the recognition from your supervisor?
To be completely honest, I have not yet worked, so I do not have any experience. However, I would say that improving my work skills is very important to me in order to gain the respect of my supervisor because improving your work skills is always important and it helps you move up the success ladder in terms of your career.

4. Should children be allowed to choose whom they want to sit with or should it be decided by the teacher?
Children should, in my opinion, sit according to the teacher's designated seating plan because it will enable them to make friends, get to know them, and, most importantly, feel at ease around people they don't know in addition to their friends. Students can socialise more as a result of this.

5. Should children be involved in management activities of the school?
Indeed, it will make them active and self capable.

6. How should one behave in office to get along well with others?
One should be helpful, polite and calm in order to get along with the colleagues.

7. Is it important for children in school to get along well with others?
Socialising is crucial in this day and age if two people do not get along because, in today's world, people communicate virtually rather than in person, which makes face-to-face interaction uncomfortable.
