She used to teach me maths in the 10th grade. Algorithms and Trigonometry seemed quite easy when she used to teach. We initially believed she would be a strict teacher who required us to be formal and polite at all times. Her serious demeanor and well-groomed appearance gave off this impression. This teacher influenced me so much as she helped me establish a solid foundation in mathematics, so I'd say she had a significant impact on my education. The most crucial subject at that level was mathematics, which was my college major. Ms. Sharma played a big part in making the subject engaging for me. Maths was even intimidating to me before I started taking classes from Mrs. Sharma, and I thought that it was a difficult and uninteresting subject.
Conclusion
Thanks to her teaching and influence, I developed a new perspective on maths, and over time, it turned into one of my favourite subjects. For this, I have the utmost respect for this teacher.

Describe A Teacher Who Has Influenced You - Model Answer 3
Introduction
The teacher who has influenced me is Mr. Kumar. There are many teachers who have taught me a lot throughout my life, and they have all helped me to be my best selves. But I want to focus on a teacher who had a significant influence on me and for whom I am incredibly grateful.
Who is the teacher?
Anish Kumar was his name who take care of our history classes.
Where did you meet him/her?
He used to teach at our high school.
What did s/he teach?
Mr. Kumar who taught history was different from the other instructors because it seemed like he was friendlier with the students.
What was special about her/him?
I can still clearly recall the first day of class when he asked for the names of each and every pupil. Then he asked each of his pupils to give a compliment about themselves. But when it was my turn to respond to that awkward question, I simply sank into silence because I was at a loss for words. He must have recognized my predicament because he told the entire class, in my defense, that I had many admirable qualities to share about myself but had no idea where to begin. After saying that, Mr. Kumar gave me a smile as if to reassure me that everything was fine. And it was at that point that I truly believed I could compete academically with other students.
Explain why this teacher influenced you so much?
Mr. Kumar has influenced me and had a huge impact on my academic life because of his approachable and relaxed style of instruction. In addition, he frequently reminded his students—and especially me—to focus on what they could do, even if it was just one small thing. Finally, despite how physically weak I actually was, he constantly pushed me to act and feel strong, and it was because of this that I gained a very high sense of self-worth.
Conclusion
And it goes without saying that having a high sense of self helped me succeed academically in the future.
IELTS Speaking Part 3 - Describe A Teacher Who Has Influenced You Follow-up questions
Follow-up questions for “Describe A Teacher Who Has Influenced You” are given below. This discussion round of the IELTS speaking section will be conducted for about 4-5 minutes for the given task card topic.
1. How has education changed in your country in the last 10 years?
The system wasn't the same ten years ago as it is now, and a lot has changed in our educational system since then. Blackboards and textbooks were the only tools used by teachers in the past to instruct their students using traditional educational methods. In my opinion, schoolmasters also paid more attention to their students' weaknesses, issues, and needs, and the relationships between them were stronger than they are now. Moving forward to the present, the bonds between teachers and students have gotten weaker and, regrettably, many of them actively avoid interacting with them in the classroom. Additionally, modern teaching techniques and methods in the classroom are greatly influenced by technological advancements.
2. What changes do you foresee in the next 50 years?
I believe there will be significant changes in the near future. First of all, since technology will be used to accomplish everything, teachers won't even need to be present in the classroom. For instance, students will learn about various topics from the comfort of their own homes and will communicate with their tutors online rather than in person. Of course, it still occurs to some extent today, but in the next 50 years, I think this will be the only method of instruction.
3. What method of learning works best for you?
For me, laboratory experiments and practical work are best. I think we tend to comprehend and remember things better when we put them into practice, whether it be in a lab or classroom setting at school. I have found that doing something personally helps me learn better.
4. How beneficial do you think it is to group students according to their level of ability?
Children with similar IQs should be grouped together because this will help them to expand their ideas and thoughts through brainstorming with the other kids in their category, which speeds up learning.
